A Visit to Chuncheon LEGO Land in South Korea

Over the past half month, I finally found time to document my visit to Chuncheon LEGO Land. Visiting during the summer vacation was fantastic due to the numerous Water parties, which helped beat the heat. The park was not crowded, and there were no lines anywhere. We spent two days there, with the first day coinciding with the public holiday on August 15th, Liberation Day, yet it was surprisingly empty, almost as if it was about to close down. The next day saw a slight increase in visitors, but even then, any lines were cleared within five minutes. The overall environment and atmosphere were pleasant. Highly recommended! Attractions: - Blue Dragon Roller Coaster: The ride begins inside a castle with interesting decor. The coaster features both indoor and outdoor sections, with the indoor part showcasing LEGO-built scenes and intriguing music. It suddenly accelerates into the outdoor section, providing a thrilling experience. The entire ride lasts about 30 seconds but is very enjoyable, with manageable feelings of weightlessness and heaviness. Despite being very timid and usually avoiding rides like the carousel, I managed to conquer this one! - Observation Tower: This ride is air-conditioned and offers a slow ascent, descent, and rotation. The view is average as LEGO Land is situated on an island surrounded by barren land, which is not fully developed. - Sea Jet Ski: Initially, I was too scared to ride this, but after a second attempt, I found it very enjoyable. Despite having anxiety disorders, I discovered that fully immersing myself and relaxing made the experience less dizzying, even giving a sensation of flying over the sea. - Knight's Guard: I believe that's the name. You sit on a wooden horse that moves up and down in a circle. As long as you don't feel embarrassed, it's a fun ride. - Boat Ride: I forgot its name, but it's very interesting. The LEGO colors are beautiful, with blue skies, white clouds, and clear water. - Ninja Shooting: This is a dark shooting game where you wear 3D glasses. Each seat has a motion sensor, allowing you to shoot by waving your hand. It's a cool place to relax. - Mini Train: Ride around the park on a small train built from LEGO. It's adorable, though the commentary is in Korean. - LEGO Factory: Similar to the "Zootopia" heat pursuit project, but it was closed on our visit. Hopefully, next time. - Water Battle: A game where you ride pirate ships and shoot at people on the shore or other ships. It's especially fun for kids who love water fights. The ship's design is very fairy-tale-like, with beautiful scenery. There are many other spinning rides, each fun and with no lines, which is great! Dining: The main restaurant at the entrance offers reasonably priced and delicious food. 4D Cinema: Enjoyable LEGO movies with great 3D effects. Transportation: A red shuttle bus departs at fixed times from the right side of Chuncheon Station.
