A day trip to Shanhaiguan!

Once guarded by Wu Sangui, the ancient city of Shanhaiguan, which I used to see on TV as a child, is now within sight to witness the 'First Pass under Heaven' for myself. After getting off at Shanhaiguan Railway Station, you can walk to the ancient city of Shanhaiguan, about two kilometers away, and you will reach an entrance to the city. There are many entrances to the ancient city of Shanhaiguan! However, there are quite a few touts after leaving the train station, so pay attention and discern carefully! The ancient city of Shanhaiguan is free to enter, but there is a fee to climb the towers. You can buy a combined ticket. The ancient city of Shanhaiguan is not very large; three hours is more than enough to tour around and also learn a bit about history!
