Lanxi Copper Pot Hot Pot

Lanxi leads the aesthetic scene in Qingdao's hot pot industry. I can't remember how many times I've been here, it's been so many. This time, the presentation has been changed to a Christmas theme. I originally didn't want to take photos, but I couldn't resist taking out my phone. I hope this post can give some tips to friends who don't want to eat Western food during Christmas. Sharing a few favorites: Sesame sauce: I think their sesame sauce has no rivals in Qingdao after all these years. It's pre-mixed and tastes great as is. Meat: The hand-cut meat is delicious and of really good quality. For Christmas, I recommend the 'Fatty Beef Tree'. It's so beautiful! Christmas tree-shaped meat is not uncommon in Qingdao, but theirs is a bit more stylish. Seafood: I often order shrimp, bird clams, and octopus. Bird clams are ready after about 10 seconds in the pot, very tender. Desserts: The milk tea is served in a small gingerbread man bottle, very cute.
