NEWLY OPENED HOTEL IN MANILA + 50% OFF

We stayed for 3D2N in a Deluxe Twin Room with Bay View. They're currently at 50% off rates. This hotel is just beside Seaescape village! Samgy Garden can be seen from the balcony I'll start with the CON'S 1. Customer Service - Expect a little bit of difficulty if you're reaching out to them as they currently don't have working telephones inside the rooms but they can be contacted via viber, sms, and phonecalls. There's a lil bit of waiting time for a response which is understandable since the hotel is still on soft opening. 2. Wifi is okay around 80mbps download & upload inside the room but there's no connection in the common areas specially in the buffet area, lobby, and Skylounge. Better bring your own portable wifi. 3. TV is not yet serviceable but you can use YouTube, and Screen Mirroring from your phone. Prepare to download movies ahead of time. 4. Plumbing. I just observed like what other's are telling that it takes time for the sink to drain water. 5. Checkout took a little bit of our time as we still had to wait for the housekeeping to double check the room if there are damages. PRO'S 1. Check-in. Ours is super smooth! unlike other's feedback. Check-in time is at 2pm but we arrived around 4pm. It took less than 3 minutes for us to get our keycard and vouchers for the breakfast. prolly it's 2hr late. Kindly prepare a Php2000 deposit refundable after stay. 2. Top Notch Customer Service! 👏All their staff are very accommodating 👏🙌 From housekeeping, janitress, security guard, receptionist, buffet attendant's, even the guards at the lobby will always greet you with hands on their chest! I LOVE THE FEELING parang VIP talaga! Everytime makikita ka nila bongga ang greetings at pagbubuksan ka talaga ng pinto. 3. Rooms smells fresh like mint and NEW. Premium Cool Comfort Mattress, Thick Comforters & Soft Pillows, Complimentary water, tea, and coffee. Free use of Bathrobe (can be requested if you see a housekeeping), Fresh Towels, Mini Fridge, Hair Dryer, Safe/lockbox, Umbrella, Hotel Slippers, Hangers, Utensils, Glasses, and Toiletries. 4. The Skylounge Infinity Pool is superb! The ambiance during sunset to evening is amazing! Great lightning and you can have the view of manila bay. There's no Life Guard though since 4ft lang ang pool at ung for kids prang 2Ft lang but may security guard naman assigned sa pool area. Ewan ko nalang kung malunod ka pa sa 4ft at pabaya ka if you have kids. There's pool towels that you can use for free. 5. GYM. There's an exercise room that you can use for free. Free towels and mineral water inside the gym. You just have to make sure that you bring your own water jug or bottle and wear a proper work out clothes. 6. Snack Bar. There is a small restaurant at the pent level. The foods are kinda pricey and can only order until 10pm. 7. There are ample choices for breakfast like Toast Breads (jams available ex: lemon and strawberry), Sausage, egg, cornbeef, spanish sardines, chicken, garlic rice, deserts
