The building was built in 1604 and is full of history and stories. Originally a convent of the Clarisses Sisters, it remained vacant for decades. Designer Valéry Grego preserved the soul of the monastery and brought the buildings back to life with humility. The garden is filled with olive, lemon, almond and persimmon trees, as well as beds of herbs and vegetables. Summer is filled with the fragrance of roses.
