Best breakfast spot

I passed by little Collins several times and always found it packed during the breakfast hours. Eventually with some effort I managed to get in on a certain morning and it totally changed my breakfast game. Loved the pancakes and the French toast. Another time I dropped in late afternoon to find it less crowded. That's when I tried my new favourite chai latte and the avocado toast. On one occasion I got a takeaway of a the chorizo breakfast burrito, which was was super tasty, with the salsa verde sauce on the side complimenting it very well. The creme brulee french toast was my absolute favourite. The combination at first sounded strange for there to be oranges, but they went wel. And they tend to be on the top so you can pick them off.
