The red maple hill in the North Garden of Zhongshan Botanical Garden turned red especially early this year, very bright and colorful. However, the area behind the small red bridge is under maintenance and not as nice, so I included a photo from last year. Besides the maple leaves, the Botanical Garden also has a huge lawn, cedar forest, love tunnel, and a rose garden with some scattered blooms. Additionally, the Bridge World tickets, loved by both adults and kids, cost only 15 yuan, cheaper than bubble tea and very convenient to get to. There are buses 20, 315, 20 interval, and b25, all only 2 yuan. After playing, if you have an annual pass, you can also visit the South Garden and Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum.
