Ruins of Saint Paul’s or Ruins of St. Paul’s Church is an important place and historical symbol of Macau, located in Macau, China. St. Paul’s Church used to be a large Catholic church, built in the 17th century by a group of Jesuit missionaries. It is designed in a Baroque architectural style mixed with Chinese patterns. However, in 1835, a major fire damaged the church, leaving only the remains of the front structure.
