| Huamao Chunsong: A Flowing Poem of Tang Dynasty Culture. By chance, I was invited to try out the newly built luxury hotel in Luoyang, 'Huamao Chunsong.' The hotel's name originates from Cao Zhi's 'Ode to the Goddess of the Luo River' during the Three Kingdoms period, which praises the goddess with words like 'Her form is as graceful as a startled swan, as elegant as a swimming dragon, as radiant as autumn chrysanthemums, and as flourishing as spring pines.' Indeed, this experience made me realize that this hotel is not just a place to stay but a deep integration of the soul and culture. The hotel is adjacent to the 'Tracing the Ode to the Goddess of the Luo River' scenic area and is an important part of the Dahehui project. Although it is still under construction, it already resembles a luxurious mansion from the Sui and Tang dynasties. Its decoration style is mainly based on the elegant colors of Tang Sancai from Luoyang—yellow, green, and white—blended with the warm tones of natural wood, creating a picture of Tang Dynasty elegance and opulence. Walking through it, the lobby's classical Chinese elements such as interlocking brackets and tile walls are arranged in a way that seems to transport people into a cultural journey of the Tang Dynasty. Every step is a novelty, and every view is an experience. In a hidden reception area in the corner of the lobby, between the landscape wall and the window view, art installations subtly incorporate Zen tranquility, waiting for each guest to savor, experiencing every bit of elegance, every touch of luxury, and the cultural charm and historical sentiment hidden in the details. The facilities in the hotel suites are also well-considered, with the arrangement inside and outside the windows being orderly. The glazed tile wall beside the double sinks adds a touch of luxury to the room, and the intelligent curtain and lighting system also bring a homely experience. Unfortunately, many areas were still not open for exploration during this visit, and the experience was only based on the scenic effect, not representing the final feeling. I look forward to the surprises that the official opening will bring.
