Browse handicraft shops, sit in a teahouse and daydream, and experience a slow-paced lifestyle.​ Evening: Walk back to Lijiang Old Town, enjoy the night scenery and lights, try roadside grilled baba (the sweet white sugar rose filling is very fragrant), and then walk back to the hotel to rest.​ Day 2: Snow Mountain Spectacle · Head to the Golden Sunlight on the Mountain​ Early morning: Depart from the hotel at 5:30 AM, drive or take a taxi to Ganhaizi (about a 58-minute drive) to secure the best spot to watch the golden sunlight on the mountain. The snow-capped mountain is dyed golden by the morning light, paired with meadow yaks, creating a stunning scene.​ Morning: Head to the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain scenic area. The package ticket costs 200-300 RMB (including admission + large cable car).
