Standing next to a glacier... Unforgettable!

I would name Perito Moreno Glacier one of those places that are just a must to see before you die. This place is just epic. I was left absolutely speechless. The glacier is huge, and just standing there, watching ice crack and fall into the lake, was very impressive. It is very difficult to understand the height and the scale of the glacier. Information board said that ice over the surface of the lake is 70 m tall. That's really insane. Tip: The paths around it are easy to walk, but if you're up for it, you can take a boat tour to get even closer. Hikes to walk on the glacier are also available but you need to be quite fit for that, and my mom opted out. One more tip: Definitely dress warm, though, even in summer it can get cold by the glacier. #internationaltravel #argentina #patagonia
