The ambiance was amazing, and we were lucky enough to get a private dining room. Since it was the end of cherry blossom season, the menu featured sakura-themed dishes, which were absolutely delicious. Highlights: Soup Dish: A bamboo shoot on top, with abalone hidden underneath. The broth was incredibly flavorful and rich. Grilled Eel: Freshly grilled with a slightly charred aroma on the surface but tender and smooth inside. Japanese Lobster: Freshly prepared, the lobster meat was sticky and had a delicate sweetness, showcasing how important freshness is for seafood. Matcha: The meal ended with an amazing cup of matcha—bitter but not harsh, with a deep and fragrant tea aroma.
