2nd Day Breakfast With Premium Food

I had a two night stay here, been here for relaxing and bring kid to have time with their holiday & New Year. This hotel quite nice. Arrived a bit late around 4pm. The checking-in was quick, with the Ms receptionist who was very friendly, helpful & sweet at smiling. While checking us in, she also patiently answering questions. After check-in, we enter our room was with twin size bed & direct sea view room. Very good of room arrangements! We stayed at 10th floor, Deluxe Room with sea view for 1st day & Deluxe Room with club access for the next day. At 11th floor have a club lounge which have a beautiful view. The Club lounge on the 11th floor was great especially the breakfast & sunset cocktail it outside have a balcony. U can see the sea view and some view are city of Kota Kinabalu. Again the staff balanced friendliness with efficient service. We also love how we enjoy such quiet places with good food. No issue since we stay here. Overall we are very satisfied to stay here in Promenade KK. The receptionists & staffs also already giving a very good first impression which represent the good customer service of the hotel.
