I visited Koh Samui Last Summer and stayed at Combo Beach Hotel in Koh Samui and had an amazing time! The hotel was perfectly located with easy access to the beach, and the rooms were comfortable. Fisherman’s Village (Bophut): • Budget: Free to stroll, but costs depend on what you purchase. 4. Secret Buddha Garden: • Budget: Entry fee around 80-100 THB. Beach Bars to Visit: 1. Coco Tam’s (Bophut Beach): • Vibe: Trendy beachfront bar with bean bags, fire shows, and laid-back vibes. • Budget: Drinks from 150-300 THB. 2. Ark Bar (Chaweng Beach): • Vibe: Known for its vibrant parties and beach club atmosphere. • Budget: Cocktails from 200-400 THB. Recommended Activities: 1. Snorkeling and Diving (Ang Thong National Marine Park): • Budget: Tours range from 1,500-2,500 THB. 2. Boat Tour to Koh Tao and Koh Nang Yuan: • Budget: Day trips cost around 2,000-3,000 THB. 3. How to get there: By Bus + Ferry • Sleeper Bus: You can book a bus from Bangkok (usually Khao San Road or the Southern Bus Terminal) directly to Donsak Pier, Surat Thani. From there, you take the ferry to Koh Samui. • Time: The bus ride takes around 10-12 hours, followed by a 1.5-2 hour ferry ride.
