Bakoel Koffie

Being in Bakoel Koffie made me feel as if I am in the 1960-70s. Decor of the cafe seems untouched for many decades. Very well preserved from the flooring, paintings, potraits and overall vibe seems authentic to the time period. The cafe is huge and can seat many people. Do note that they do not use any AC but somehow the airflow was pretty good that I did not feel hot and bothered. As usual, I ordered an ice caffe latte to go. Cost me Rp.50K with taxes, but the portion was on the larger side. Similar to a grande size cup in starbucks. Taste wise not much flavor, just a cup of cold milk with a bitter after taste and coffee fragrance. Pretty dissapointed with this since the name literally involves around “koffie”. They seem to offer many types of cuisine but I did not get the chance to try it.
