Taiping being my hometown, this lush, serene park was more than just a picturesque spot—it was a space where I shared many treasured moments, especially walking around the lake with my grandmother. Nestled in the foothills of the Bukit Larut (Maxwell Hill), Taiping Lake Gardens is Malaysia's first public garden, established in 1880.
