Everything comes with eggs!

This Japanese Restaurant is called Tamago-en. It has a few branches in Hong Kong, but I went to the branch in Telford Plaza, Kowloon Bay. We went there as soon as the restaurant was opened so it was less crowded. The food we ordered are Beef Stew Omelette Rice, Black Truffle Wild Mushroom pasta with Slow Cooked Eggs, Okinawa Brown Sugar Soufflé Pancake. The omelette rice was almost cold when it come out, but the beef is nicely tender. I expected the rice inside is fried rice, but turned out it is only plain rice. The pasta taste nice and worth to try. But the best food is the soufflé pancake, which just melts inside your mouth. We ordered matcha latte and strawberries latte for the drinks. The drinks are nice but not too special. #japanese #food
