Great yoga class 🧘‍♀️

The upper back & shoulder class was a mixture of strengthening and stretching poses that helped relieve our stress from sitting in an office all day. Really loved how the teacher helped adjust our postures according to each of our bodies and gently massaged our backs in child pose.
