The best way to get there from Shenzhen, Guangdong is to take a 14-minute high-speed train ride from Futian Station directly to the West Kowloon Station with 'one place, two inspections'. The reception lobby on the first floor is actually on the 9th floor of the hotel, and guests need to take a high-speed elevator to reach the 103rd floor for check-in. The guest rooms feel very similar to The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong, even the main entrance looks alike, but since I didn't stay in a suite this time, the experience might not be as good as the Pudong chestnut.
