White Horse Pavilion | Hohhot Museum

The White Horse Pavilion is located at the old site of the Inner Mongolia Museum, built in 1957. It is one of the historical landmark buildings in Hohhot and a cultural relic protection unit at the autonomous region level. Because of the white horse sculpture galloping at its top, it is called the 'Big White Horse Museum'. Address: No. 44, Xinhua Street, Xincheng District, Hohhot City Currently (as of August 24), the second floor is hosting an exhibition on Shu culture from the Eastern Zhou period, and an exhibition of Qing Dynasty court jade from the Palace Museum (August 20 - November 20). No reservation is required, free admission. You can enter with an ID card (those without an ID card can also register on-site).
