The tea's fragrance is delicate and soft with a hint of sweetness, far surpassing the commercial tea rooms by the lake. The price is slightly higher, but it's worth it for the quality and the tranquil lake view. Additionally, good news is that the operating hours for the hand-rowed boats in April have been extended to 6:30 am to 6:30 pm. Due to the peak of tourists, the boatmen now eat their boxed lunches on the boat without rest at noon, and the Turtle Pool route is also accessible in the afternoon, unlike before when you could only catch the early bus. For those who want to take a boat to see Turtle Pool, don't miss out. The boarding point is at the southernmost hand-rowed boat dock on Su Causeway, where staff are present to maintain order in the queue. The price is 150 yuan per hour, and the Turtle Pool route takes about 1.5-2 hours. The large boats that can carry 10 people are not allowed into Turtle Pool, so make sure not to board the wrong one.
