Sushi Restaurant 'Chamchi Hyang' in Hwangridan-gil

I visited the sushi restaurant 'Chamchi Hyang' located in Hwangridan-gil. We ordered a set that included assorted sushi, futomaki, one pork cutlet or two shrimp tempuras, and two glasses of ade. The side dishes included a refreshing salad, crab sticks mixed with popping fish roe, pumpkin salad, and spicy kimchi udon. The value for money was quite good. The futomaki was filled with fresh ingredients like salmon, tuna, and shrimp tempura. The sushi, true to its reputation in Hwangridan-gil, melted in the mouth without any fishy taste. The sashimi was also fresh. The shrimp tempura was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, without being greasy at all. I highly recommend trying the sushi, futomaki, and shrimp tempura with plum and yuzu ade at Chamchi Hyang.
