I've always wanted to stay at a designer hotel in Guiyang.

I had heard about the Guiyang Amber Hotel before. Today, my friend and I met in Guiyang for the Mid-Autumn Festival, so I booked this hotel. Unlike other high-end hotels, the Amber Hotel doesn't have a grand entrance, but it's very low-key and feels more luxurious. The hotel's design is very unique, with both European and Chinese elements. The doorman kept telling me about the hotel's design and how it differs from other hotels. The hotel has a sky lobby, and the doorman brought me a wet towel and peach juice, which felt very ceremonial. The room was well equipped, with a capsule coffee machine, a Dyson hair dryer, and the welcome fruit was very delicate. The mineral water was Foss brand. The room also came with a cocktail coupon, which allowed me to have two free cocktails in the lounge. All in all, I was very impressed with this hotel.
