Guangzhou Cantonese Opera Museum is a Lingnan-style, ancient garden-style museum. The garden scenic area is composed of a group of ancient buildings in the Lingnan garden style. The overall layout of the buildings is arranged along the cross-axis framework, and six groups of courtyard spaces are distributed around the central Wansha Lake. Located at No. 127 Enning Road, Liwan District, Guangzhou, it was founded in 2012 and officially opened in 2016. It has seven functional areas, including an exhibition area, performance area, interactive leisure area, exchange and discussion education area, administrative management area, supporting facilities area, underground parking lot, and civil air defense area. The exhibition hall covers an area of 1,900 square meters and has a basic exhibition of "Red Beans in the South, Cantonese Rhymes and Good Sounds". The theme exhibition hall covers an area of 560 square meters and regularly holds various special exhibitions related to Cantonese opera art.
