Guangdong Museum

Guangdong Provincial Museum "Art of the Roman Empire" This exhibition is a collaboration between the Provincial Museum and the National Archaeological Museum of Naples. On the third floor, the special exhibition requires a ticket of 60 yuan, and there is a free audio guide at the entrance. It's quite crowded on weekends and during summer vacation, with crowd control in place, so you have to queue for a while to get in. As the name suggests, the exhibits are all related to various aspects of the ancient Roman Empire. There are plenty of dramatic Roman myths, including Cupid, Apollo, Daphne, Zeus, and so on. There are also exhibits of Roman emperors like Marcus Aurelius, as well as some artifacts related to daily life in the Roman Empire. The collection is not particularly extensive, mostly featuring well-known stories, but it's still decent. More than what you see, the significance probably lies in the fact that it's a six-star gathering and an opportunity to see a European exhibition, hahaha.
