It’s the 8th day since I arrived in Iceland, and I really have to leave Iceland today 🥹 The last stop ~ Blue Lagoon How can you miss the Blue Lagoon Hot Spring when traveling to Iceland? The Blue Lagoon is located near Keflavik Airport, so many people put it on the first or last day of their trip. I just leave it for the last day so I can relax before leaving. However, the weather that day was not as expected, it was cloudy and rainy, but it did not dampen our interest. Blue Lagoon Hot Spring has 3 ticket options. We chose the Basic (Comfort) which includes a drink, silicone mask, and towel. Tickets must be booked online before departure. To purchase tickets online, select a time and use the QR upon entry. The water of Blue Lagoon Hot Spring is really pink blue, and with the water vapor, it has a dreamy feeling. It's a pity that it was cloudy that day, it would have been more beautiful if it had been. The weather is freezing, so the temperature of the hot spring water is just right, but the water temperature varies slightly in different locations. In Iceland, I experienced Lake Mývatn and Blue Lagoon hot springs. The two are so different that it is difficult to compare.
