#thingstodo This resort was just perfect. All the staff from reception , concierge, housekeeping, waiters, management were super friendly, welcoming and nice. James from reception especially stood out. He just always wanted to put a smile on our face. We got the junior suite ocean view and it was just perfect. The view was breathtaking. The room has a kitchenette stocked with everything you may need. Big closet , balcony has chairs and lunge seats. Bathroom has double sink. Very spacious and clean. The restaurants were all amazing. We tried everything on site. Lastly the beach is PERFECT. Lots of lounge chairs and hut. They provide sunscreen if you need and these floating beds which are just perfect. Kids pool and adults pool is separated which is always a plus We stayed here for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it. We stayed in an ocean front suite and the rooms and service were incredible, best hotel service I’ve experienced. It was in a great location as well. The beach chairs were super comfortable and there was a breakfast buffet that was included that was very good. We also ate at the deck on the beach several times which was good as well. Would definitely recommend. We appreciate how attentive and helpful everyone was. Thank you seven stars The resort is located on the beautiful Grace Bay Beach, less than 15 minutes from the airport in Provldenciales, Turks and Caicos. It is also located close to a big supermarket, next door to the Ritz Carlton Hotel, and walkable to many shops and restaurants. We were welcomed to the Resort with cool cocktails and escorted by Jessica to our room. She also showed us all the different facilities in the resort. Our room was a junior suite with an entry foyer, a kitchenette, a king size netted poster bed, a dual sink large counter bathroom with a huge soaking tub and rain shower. It has a pool and ocean spacious balcony. The room includes breakfast each morning. The pools have comfortable lounge chairs with clean cushions and towels that are changed every morning. All the staff we encounter were very friendly and helpful.
