10-hour layover in Dubai.

⛰️Attractions On the way back to Beijing from the Maldives, we specifically booked a flight with Emirates so we could have a layover in Dubai. We quickly went through customs in Dubai and bought subway tickets to Burj Khalifa. We had booked tickets in advance. Due to our limited time, we bought tickets to the top floor (148th floor) of SKY. We didn't have to queue and could go straight up. We also got free coffee☕ and dessert🍰. After coming down from Burj Khalifa, we went straight to Dubai Mall for a short shopping trip (⌒▽⌒). We timed it so we could watch the musical fountain🎶. We ate at an outdoor restaurant and enjoyed the amazing fountain show (☆^ー^☆). 🚗Transportation and Accommodation A one-way subway ticket costs 8 dirhams (about CNY 16), which was a surprise. I thought the subway in such a rich city would be expensive. I was wrong. Rich people don't take the subway Ｏ(≧∇≦)Ｏ. 🍜Food Recommendations I recommend Tribes (Dubai Mall). You can choose to sit on the terrace and enjoy the musical fountain while eating. The view is great📷. 📌Tips ①If you don't take the subway often, there's no need to buy a day pass. We only took the subway twice (round trip), so it was more cost-effective to buy one-way tickets. ②When entering Dubai, your iris will be scanned. Customs officers will ask if you're wearing contact lenses. If you are, you need to take them off. If you wear contact lenses, be sure to bring a contact lens case and solution with you.
