Datong Ancient City.

As the sun sets, the night view of the ancient city begins. Datong Ancient City is not very big, so it's perfect for a leisurely stroll. I watched a shadow puppet show, which was about Sun Wukong fighting the willow tree spirit. At first, I was the only one watching, but the show still started. Fortunately, three more people came a few minutes later, otherwise I would have felt sorry for the performers. After the show, I went backstage and found out that it was an old lady operating the puppets, which were all made of cowhide. As new things continue to emerge, old crafts slowly fade out of people's lives, which is normal. But sometimes I feel that everything in today's society is too fast, and it's overwhelming. How much real meaning is there... Only in these gradually distant traditional cultures can we feel a bit of the slow life of the past when "carriages were slow and letters were far away".
