Hongya Cave in Chongqing

We came to Hongya Cave to enjoy the splendid night view. This place is a very popular historical sight for tourists to experience a kind of Chinese ethnic culture. The whole complex is composed of several cultural streets: Zhiyanhe Bar Street full of bars, Tianchengxiang Bayu Culture Street with traditional buildings and handcrafts, Banquet Food Street rife with Chinese and European cuisine. A lot of people gather at the top of Hongya Cave in the evening to admire the sunset over the river. Really beautiful view. It is also worth admiring this complex in the evening from the side of the river, when the backlight lights up. #hongyacave #chongqing

#磁器口 #ciqikou This is a night view of Ciqikou. The shops usually start to close at around 8.30 pm onwards, hence no more crowds at this time. This is the best time for night scenery photos because the lighthings are still on. If you go after 9pm, most shops are already closed and the lights are off. How you can get there is by MRT Red line to reach here. The station is exactly on the same place, walking distance is around 5 mins to this place entrance. No entrance ticket is required. Full of hotpot restaurants and recommend to have it here. This is a must visit place. The crazy crowds will usually start from 10 am-ish, so if you want a better photo, suggest reach there before 9.15 am, but some shops may not open yet. We stayed at Lianci Hotel abd the stay is pleasant.
