Chiba City Chuo Koen (Central Park)

#thingstodo It's more of a plaza than a park. It's a park with no play equipment, just some benches. This park is literally located in the middle of Chiba, in a valley in the downtown area. Illuminations is being prepared for winter, and the ice rink is open. I feel the seasons. Events are being held here too. So come and have fun with your family and friends......
