Impressions of Chiang Mai.

🏘️Chiang Mai, the small town that Teresa Teng loved! 💕The people here are kind, enthusiastic, polite, tolerant, modest, hygienic, and safe. 😄Whether it's a business or a resident, if you make eye contact with them, they will almost always smile and greet you. It's as if they have an automatic switch on their face, and it's so sincere. The same goes for Westerners. 🚗🏍️Whether it's a big street or a small alley, motorcycles and cars will give way to each other. You almost never see people cutting in line. Even if there are no red lights or surveillance cameras, giving way to pedestrians is a deeply ingrained habit. 👍🏼The streets, alleys, markets, food streets, and night markets are almost all very clean. You almost never see trash on the ground. Disposable tableware is not left on the table after eating. Locals and foreigners will basically take it to the trash can, including cigarette butts. 🏰You can take photos from any angle in the temples of the Buddhist country, which reflects great love and tolerance. Very few temples charge a fee, and even if they do, it's less than 10 yuan. The floors in the temples are almost all very clean. You must take off your shoes to enter, and you can sit anywhere (or even lie down). 🚾Almost all the toilets in Chiang Mai are seated toilets. Some public toilets charge 5 baht. Bring two packs of tissues when you go out. If you have a cleanliness obsession, bring wet wipes. But the toilets are generally quite clean.
