There are four Zhen Pavilion dedicated to Cheng Hao and Cheng Yi, Lianxi Temple dedicated to Zhou Dunyi, Six Junzi Hall, Chongdao Temple dedicated to Zhu Xi and Zhang Shi, Chuanshan Temple dedicated to Wang Fuzhi, and Shenzhai Temple dedicated to Luo Dian, the dean of Yuelu Academy. The pomelo tree in the front yard of the Six Junzi Hall is full of green fruits, and there is a warning sign "Beware of falling pomelos" on the ground. It adds a lot of fun to the surrounding antique buildings. All corridors are paved with stone brick floors, white walls, red pillars, and eaves. The south has a lot of rain. In order to facilitate the movement to various rooms without getting wet on rainy days, this kind of corridor is indispensable. I also saw a standing faucet in a corner, so nostalgic! Banxuezhai is now the Yuelu Academy History Museum, introducing the millennium course from Yuelu Academy to Hunan University. It also preserves the plaque of "Yuelu Academy" written by Emperor Zhenzong of Song Dynasty, the plaque of "Hunan University" written by Chairman Mao and so on. Opposite the museum is Mao Zedong's residence (the original preparatory office of the Provincial Hunan University). There are three rooms in total: the left one was once Chairman Mao's bedroom; the middle one introduces Chairman Mao's relationship with Hunan University through newspapers, poems and letters and other documents; the right one is the office of the original preparatory office of the Provincial Hunan University.
