At the beginning of 2023, in the hometown of one of the Spotimin members, Malang, butter coffee became quite popular along with the emergence of coffee shops with a kopitiam or street-side concept (commonly known as "kopi dengklek"). Spotimin then wondered when this butter coffee trend would also appear in coffee shops in the Greater Jakarta area. By mid-year, we found it in the Cibinong area and soon after in Bekasi as well. We discovered a café while passing through Kranggan or Cibubur. What's special is that while butter coffee often uses Kopi O or Tubruk with robusta, here the coffee is pulled using a La Marzocco Linea Classic and then a piece of butter is added. Spotimin approved! For those who don't like coffee, try the Butter Chocolate available there. Manual brew and espresso-based drinks are also available alongside non-coffee options (their chocolate menu is a highlight, according to Spotimin). There are some snacks and main courses, but you should try their Mie Hauce. Spotimin likes this place because they also provide free mineral water as part of their service. There is an indoor area with AC; visiting in the morning is ideal for having coffee while working from the café. Spotimin's favorite spot is sitting near the window. You can also choose the semi-outdoor or outdoor area on the side, which, while not too spacious, is quite comfortable for a simple coffee shop.
