Sunset in Garden of Palace

Montazah basically comes from the root word of nuzha which means untouched and free. Like the word that it is taken from, the garden itself gives off a very tranquil feeling as you stroll through it while being lightly caressed by the touch of the sea breeze in the evening as the sun began to set. Montazah Park housed Montaza Palace, a summer palace of the late King Fuad I having the mixture of Ottoman & Florentine styles. Montazah Park was originally the garden of the palace but has long been opened for public access to enjoy the view of the sea and the palace itself.
