"The hotel pretty much lives up to its description. The room was good and clean: crisp bed linen, towels, and toiletries – all up to standard. The breakfast was very good for Vietnam, with a buffet that offered a good variety. We also had lunch at the same restaurant and really enjoyed the green salad and pumpkin soup. However, the chicken and corn soup was a bit unusual and not to our taste, but that's subjective. The pool is large and offers a view of the castle (on a clear day). There are a few quirks though: the pool is on one floor, while the spa area, saunas, and fitness center are on another. For some reason, the spa, saunas, and fitness center weren't operating, which was a shame because we would have happily used them on the second day when the weather was bad. There were also some minor issues with the pool area. The lockers in the changing rooms don't have keys, and you only get towels if you pay a cash deposit. This system seemed a bit odd, as usually you leave your room key as a deposit. We found a workaround by going down to the pool in our bathrobes and using towels from our room. But this was also inconvenient because of the high humidity in the city; things don't dry well, so the towels ended up staying wet. In our opinion, the hotel should separate the guest flows: for staying guests, a card deposit for towels, and for non-staying visitors, a separate payment or membership. The front desk staff were very responsive and always helped quickly. We had trouble booking a Grab taxi from Tam Dao to the airport – no cars were available. A staff member at reception quickly helped us solve the issue, and within 10 minutes, we were on our way to the airport. We really liked the hotel and would love to return, as the weather didn't allow us to visit all the places we had planned."

"Very well looked after, plenty of inclusions on villa stayed, good variety of snacks & drinks throughout the day. Guests had the best view out of all villa. Butler was on hand to assist to every whims. Very impressed. Thank you to all Teams."

The mineral pool is definitely worth it, especially the mineral bathtub on the balcony, which is a really unique and enjoyable feature—soaking while enjoying the view is truly relaxing. The staff are friendly, cheerful, and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant. The spa services are well-provided, with a calm atmosphere and professional treatments that help you unwind completely. Overall, it’s a great destination for relaxation, stress relief, and wellness, and definitely a place worth visiting again."

"Front desk was helpful. Language barrier was a concern with limited english that the staffs could speak but they were overall friendly and helpful. Perhaps can improve on the room service menu as alot of items were not available during my period of stay. Cheers!"

"좋은 호텔이지만 의사소통이 잘 안되는 불편함이 있고 본래는 내일까지 머무러기 위해서 하루 더 예약을 햇지만 오늘 오후에 한명이 먼저 가게 되어서 호텔 프론터에서 체크아웃하는 과정에서 트러블이 생김.즉 늦게 퇴실하니 추가요금을 내라고 함.우리는 추가로 1박을 예약햇고 돈까지 다 지불햇지만 사정이 생겨서 한명이 먼저가는것이다라고 설명을 햇지만 이해를 못하고 계속 우겨서 에어컨도 안되는 더운 카운터에서 1시간넘게 이야기하다가 이야기가 안되서 고객센터에서는 호텔이 연락이 안된다고 그래서 어떻게 해드릴것이 없다고 함. 매번 느끼는 거지만 돈은 벌고 책임은 안지는 그런 접객태도 여전하네요.먼 외국에서 연락을 하고 문의를 하면 좀 더 고객 친화적으로 상담해주시기 바랍니다.문제가 생기면 여전히 해결은 손님 알아서 해라.대단하십니다.직원교육!"

"Luyen, Luong, Minh, and Huong were incredibly kind and helpful. All the staff at this resort were friendly, and there was so much to do because of the resort's large size."

"I specifically went to do some paddleboarding on the lake as the photos showed lots of paddle boards and kayaks. They only had one paddle board that was so old I was worried it might deflate in the middle of the lake. I didn't realise you have to pay for the kayak hire and a staff member has to either go with you or wait for you on the dock so my dreams of exploring the lake were dashed. There isn't much else to do there and it was difficult communicating with the staff (than God for Google translate!) so I couldn't organise anything. Beautiful spot though if you just want to eat and relax."
