Catering to creative adventurous out of the box travelers The Revolution Hotel features several room types; Studio Suites for business travelers-Triple and Quad rooms with shared private bathrooms for groups of friends and Premium King accommodations with in room bathrooms for couples among others. A welcoming two story lobby and garden level work space will serve as areas for guests and locals to gather and exchange ideas. Cosmica Mexican Restaurant is located onsite for lunch and dinner dining. Keeping with our tradition of doing things a little differently we are one of the first hotels in Boston to offer rooms without an in room bathroom which we are calling-Baths Down the Hall. With these rooms private single-occupant shared bathrooms are located at the end of each hallway just like your bathroom at home -but with better towels. Each of the 10 restrooms per floor feature a toilet vanity and glass shower and are connected to an occupancy indicator light to determine availability from the comfort of your guestroom. Specialty Steele Canvas shower tote bags complete with branded robes slippers and lotion are provided for added convenience. ADA compliant accessible bathrooms are available on every floor.

"This hotel offers a standardized, industrialized experience, which I found to be excellent. The shared showers and restrooms, serving four rooms, were continuously cleaned by staff, which was also great. The hotel is a 20-minute walk from the North Station train/bus station, and also a 20-minute walk from Boston Common/the start of the Freedom Trail. Chinatown is a 10-minute walk away. To get to Harvard University, it's a 10-minute walk to the subway station. Remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste when staying at hotels in the US. The Revolution Hotel offers great value for money. Also, US hotel prices can fluctuate a lot, so it's important to book at the right time and make a quick decision. Thanks to Trip.com and the supplier. Traveling abroad really makes me appreciate how well Trip.com performs, and it's no easy feat."

"The room was elegant, tastefully decorated, spacious, and well-equipped. The cleanliness was excellent, and the hardware exceeded expectations. However, one lady at the front desk had a very poor attitude; she seemed to look down on people, almost to the point of discrimination."

"Hotel was clean and service was friendly but inaccurate at times. However, there was construction outside at 6 AM which could be heard very clearly. Staff would also be loud and push around metal carts outside rooms until as late as midnight sometimes"

citizenM Boston Back Bay puts you in the center of one of the city's most beloved neighborhoods - historic, leafy and full of charm. Step out to Newbury Street for boutiques, bites and bookshops, or stroll over to Fenway Park to catch the Sox (just 13 minutes away on foot - no train stress required). Surrounded by museums, major universities and classic Boston landmarks, it's your launchpad for proper New England living. Inside, 21st-century comforts await: XL king-size beds, blackout blinds, mood lighting, tablet-controlled everything, and fast free Wi-Fi. Hungry? canteenM is open 24/7. Need to unwind? Our living room is made for lounging. With contactless check-in and world-class art on the walls, it's equal parts stylish and smart. You are also steps from Hynes Convention Center station and a short ride to Logan Airport - so getting in and out is as breezy as Back Bay in autumn.

"citizenM feels a bit more fun and welcoming compared to other modern hotels. The rooms are still on the smaller side, but they’re super comfortable, especially the big bed that takes up most of the space. Everything is controlled with an iPad—lights, blinds, TV—which is actually pretty cool once you get used to it. The lobby areas are a highlight, with lots of space to hang out, work, or grab a drink. It feels more social than your typical hotel. Overall, it’s a great pick if you like a stylish, relaxed vibe without spending too much."

Our hotel near the waterfront is five minutes' walk from Flynn Cruise Terminal. The BCEC, wharf parks, Leader Bank Pavilion, and local dining are all within a mile. We have comforts covered with breakfast, WiFi, a business center, and 24-hour fitness center – all free. Enjoy our indoor pool and host a meeting in a sunlit ballroom with harbor views.

"A clean hotel with comfortable beds. The breakfast provided was good, although such a terrible waste using plastic cutlery and cups as well as paper plates and cups, not great for the environment at all. Nice downstairs area to socialise in the evening. It would have been nice to have been told on check in about the free food available on Wednesday evening, with crackers, cheese, salad, soup, cookies, beer and soft drinks rather than stumble upon it 5 minutes before it stopped and therefore miss out. The same goes for the free coffee that is available all day and only finding out about it not long before leaving.. Didn't use the swimming pool as was rather crowded already when we went there. The gym was spacious and welll equipped. No flexibility on a later check out, with check out being 11am which is early for a hotel of this size. Location wise we walked or took the local buses which was fine but you are some distance out of the city which might not suit some."

The hotel's service was good, and we immediately changed a suite when the air conditioner in the room was broken. I will stay in the autumn."

"Upon arrival, Trip.com did not have the correct information for the hotel, and it did not match the email I received. I booked two room, and they only saw one room from Trip.com. The women behind the desk saw my email and said they will get the second room squared away. Not only did they get the second room for me; they also put us all in the same area, and they let us check in early. The rooms were very clean, updated, and the bed was comfortable. It is a bit of a walk to the seaport, but not too bad. Truly great stay."

"Very tired hotel in an excellent location. We booked a corner suite for our family, but were disappointed to find that several basic amenities were missing upon arrival, including hand soap, lotion, and slippers — items that would normally be expected at a standard 5-star hotel. Cleanliness was also inconsistent throughout the stay. Considering the high room rates, the overall experience did not feel like good value for money. Another frustrating issue involved the destination fee credits. We were informed at check-in that the daily credits could be used toward room service and other charges. However, upon checkout, we were unexpectedly billed for items that should have been covered by those credits. Although I had prepaid the room and associated charges in advance, the hotel still placed the usual deposit hold on my credit card. At checkout, staff initially told us everything was settled correctly. Fortunately, based on a previous experience at another hotel in NYC, I requested a copy of the final bill to verify that the deposit would be refunded correctly. That was when I discovered the incorrect room service charges. The matter was eventually resolved after some discussion, but I would strongly recommend that guests carefully review their final bill before leaving the hotel."

In Southborough, very close to the company, nice and quiet environment The front desk service was very good. I arrived quite late at night and was given freshly baked cookies, which was very considerate The room was quite large, the two large beds were very comfortable, the bathroom facilities were also good, and the cloakroom was very convenient You can watch Netflix and other movies on the TV for a fee, and there is also cable TV The only drawback is that the coffee machine is very dirty, with dust inside and outside, and needs to be washed before use. The disposable cups and cup lids provided are also covered with dust I don’t know if this room has not been occupied for a long time Please check the hygiene of the room before checking in

The hotel itself was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the housekeeping staff was especially kind and attentive - we truly appreciated their work and hospitality. However, we experienced a serious issue regarding the resort fee policy, which left us feeling confused and misled as international guests. During online booking, the resort fee was listed as $25 per night, but important information about additional mandatory charges only appeared after payment was completed, when cancellation was no longer possible, wich is disappointing. Upon arrival, we were charged $200, which was later explained as $25 per person per night - something that was not clearly communicated during the booking process or at check-in. Initially, we believed this payment was a refundable deposit, as no clear explanation was provided. What felt particularly unacceptable was the way additional fees appeared in multiple stages: 1. extra charges becoming visible only after payment and confirmation, 2. additional payments required again upon arrival at the hotel, and 3. further unexplained charges after checkout - in our case, an additional $16 was withdrawn without clear justification. A staff member kindly explained that the resort fee includes Wi-Fi, water, and tea in the room, which we did use as they are standard services normally included in hotel stays worldwide. The fee also covered additional optional amenities such as bicycle parking and a complimentary alcoholic drink at the bar. However, we did not use these extra amenities, as they were not relevant to our stay. Since these services are optional by nature, it was unclear why guests are not given the choice to opt out instead of being required to pay for them regardless of usage. Even more concerning is that these mandatory resort fees are presented as payment for comfort and amenities, yet the overall stay did not fully reflect this. The soundproofing in the hotel is very poor, and we could clearly hear the neighbour’s television. The manual heating system in our room also did not function properly. We chose not to report these issues at the time because we spent little time in the hotel and did not expect the final cost of the stay to become so high. In hindsight, considering the total amount paid, these comfort issues become more significant. We strongly believe that all mandatory taxes and service fees should be transparently included in the total hotel price from the beginning. When fees continue to appear after payment, during check-in, and even after departure, guests understandably feel uncomfortable and misled. Because the final amount paid was much higher than expected, we realized that for the same total price we could have chosen a better hotel without additional hidden fees - which we in fact did for our following stay. We kindly ask the hotel to review these charges and consider a partial refund, as greater transparency and fairness in pricing would greatly improve trust and the overall guest experience

This Indigo should have just been renovated last year, and Apple's own map shows Holiday Choice. I have stayed a lot at Intercontinental / Crown / Holiday / Smart Choice. This is my first time staying at Indigo. Some places around are under maintenance and a little messy, but there are many restaurants and supermarkets. Get a staple drink for breakfast, a small portion and a bad attitude. There is no garden around this hotel. Why is it called Garden? Because next to TD Garden, which is also the home field of basketball and ice hockey teams, concerts are also held, the price changes a lot, there are often no rooms when there are activities, and it is noisy after leaving at night. It is also next to the North Railway Station and the subway station, but to go to New York from South Station. There is a parking lot and valet parking at the entrance of the hotel. Unfortunately, when I checked in, it was 5 ° C outside, and I changed to the fourth room to heat up. When your room has a small air conditioner as shown in Figure 4, the large air conditioner is likely to be bad, and the small air conditioner may also be bad, much colder than the hallway. The front desk will let people repair it. (Fake decoration) If it is not repaired, it will help you to change. The attitude is good, but I suspect that they already know which rooms have bad air conditioning. The cleaning staff speaks Spanish, not English at all, and requires software translation. In short, you don't need to live here if you don't want to watch the game nearby.

Had such a wonderful experience here, we went on a little weekend getaway before our first baby comes, firstly they gave us a complimentary upgrade to our room, my honey and our friend enjoyed the bar drinks and were served their beverages in the timely manner, breakfast the next morning, the food was delightful and was brought directly to our room for us. Check in and out was made so easy with the kindest front desk attendants. The view from our room was incredible! 10 out of 10 will be staying here when we find ourselves in Boston again.

It's so beautiful! I booked a city view room for my birthday celebration alone and I loved it. The view was gorgeous both day and night ദ്ദിᐢ- ̫-ᐢ₎ You can even see the sunrise during the day. It faces the beach, and the room wasn't too small for one person. This isn't my first time staying at a citizenM, and the experiences have always been quite good. This one is also near the station, super convenient. The only downside is that the refrigerator isn't very cold. My birthday cake was going to spoil, so I had to ask the front desk to refrigerate it for me.

A very good hotel, clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly, especially Joyce. We arrived on an early flight and they let us check in early since a room was available.
