Clean room and very comfy bed. Rooms are large. Couple small inconveniences. No plug for bath or sink and the hairdryer didnât work but overall for one night stop over was fine.

LIHONGThere is a refrigerator in the location, nothing else, no shampoo cups! I wonder if the cleaning staff has forgotten it or not at all? Ask tomorrow. The room is big enough, the sprinkler is small, and there is a parking lot.

Hotel is probably the best location in December as parking is not enforced that month. Other times, youâd need to take a shuttle to the hotel from remote parking lots. Location is smack in the middle of town.
Dinner at the hotel restaurant was great. The spa looks nice, but we didnât partake. The hotel has a great vintage feel, as itâs truly original. We loved the hardwood trim, the caged desk clerk and ease of checkďżź-in. Definately a trip into history. The elevator was small and painfully sloďżźw, so even after a long wait, there was a good chance you couldnât board due to other guests (and lots of dogs) filling it. No big deal as thereâs no need to rush anywhere.
Ah, the room. Interesting hardwood bed which was fairly comfortable. Huge with incredibly tall ceilings. Unfortunately thatâs about it for positives. Wall a/c and heat far away but very noisy. ďżźBathroom was newer but horribly designedâIâm sure from the restraints of the vintage space. The toilet was oddly up on a small platformâ too small for any function. Shower was also very small with a very long wait for hot water and no control for velocityâyou know, a single lever with cold next to off and rotated to hot. Water pressure was weak and Iâm glad I only needed one. I wasnât a fan of the cheap renovation attempts that completely failed the style of the roomâ modern chrome hardware next to antique bronze. Too bad whoever allowed this was more concerned with cost more than authenticity.
The sink was in the bedroom without the slightest bit of privacy. The mirror over the sink was so high, my 5â3 wife had to use her phone on the shelf to see herself. Even my 6â4 self only got the top of my head; the middle of the mirror was 6â6â high. Very bad positioning.
All in all, a great hotel with some odd quirks but Iâd stay again. Itâs a beautiful building.

Could definitely use some upkeep, just seemed overall dingy. Wi-Fi didnât work in our room along with the phone. The pool was nice. I guess for $175 I just had higher expectations, this is what I would have expected if Iâd paid $75!!

Christy197I usually stay at this hotel unless I'm camping when I visit Eureka Springs. It always has great service at the front desk, a really good breakfast, and rooms that are easily accessible from the parking lot. When I packed for my trip, I expected the same rooms and amenities that I usually get. This time was different. It was still a good location and provided a clean room except this is the only time I've been put around the very back on the very top floor and couldn't easily load and unload my suitcases from my car. The elevator was broken and I had a heck of a time finding my way around the winding floors of the building. Not only that, but the main reason for choosing this hotel was the hot tub and indoor pool. Both were closed for maintenance. The door to my room also did not seal well and I had to make sure it was pushed in physically in order to make sure the top lock would lock correctly.
I had a wonderful breakfast and a quiet night. It was still a nice get away.

I got there and I had to wait at least 30 minutes before I was able to get my room something was going on with the computers owner he accommodated me instead of me paying the $56 that I have previously paid he end up charging me just $38 and that was good but when I got in there it was roaches crawling around food was off in the bathtub food within the refrigerator drug heads with steady knocking on my door maybe feel uncomfortable but for the price it was worth it you couldn't ask for anything more they had a big deep swimming pool no water was in it I wish the pool was working but if they had no lottery on their property their property would be much much better but because there's a lot of lottery and drugs going on then it makes it hard and it makes the people that stay there sometimes scared especially if you're new to the state of Arkansas but overall for the price between 30 and 50 bucks the sheets were clean the towels were clean

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the dĂŠcor and amenities.
The facilities were top-notchâquiet, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. What truly stood out was the breakfast. It was phenomenal! There was a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, from hot dishes to fresh fruits and pastries. They even make fresh custom omelets. Everything was delicious, and the presentation was excellent.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay. I will definitely return!

Pool doesn't work, but staff was polite. And they are pet friendly. Not too many hotels are these days .
Overall, it's not the Ritz but it's better than a lot of the local competition. I would definitely stay again .
