Hotels With Wi-Fi in Phuket Province, Thailand

This was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was so clean and the pools were absolutely amazing. We almost couldn’t believe the kayaks were included in the price. For a 5* hotel, the food and drinks are also very reasonably priced which we were also really impressed by!

Location wise I would say u will need to spent quite a bit on travelling especially to the beach, u need to go 1 whole big round instead of crossing which the map make it seems to be. It’s not a happening location and far from those places of interest and the road always jam up with cars. Breakfast is the same everyday, I would say average but the bar food is good. The swimming pool area is good for families with kids as the slides is a big attraction other than that nothing special. The worst part is the hot water system is down during my stay, either u wait for that pathetic 6 shower rooms which they fix a water heater inside the bathroom or u just go ahead with seriously cold water and the shower room is so dirty n smelly with rubbish everywhere n choking drainage. Room house keeping is good, the staff tidy very neatly n clean. My humble opinion is if u r going for a better hotel with lower budget, this is a place u can consider but end of the days is walking n walking n walking or consider renting a motorbike or simply call a grab. U might save on the hotel room but spending more on transportation. From kata to Patong, easily average $500 batt not to say even further area. Thank you.

Stayed in the hotel only as I am leaving very early tomorrow to Khao Lak. Its a good pitstop hotel probably not for long term. The location is not exactly on a prime location. Its in the middle of a road with nothing much happening around. You need to travel 10 minutes by car to get to anything worth mentioning. Other than that the price is very spot on. Less than $20 I paid for a triple room, couldnt really complain much. Room is clean but the age of the room is already showing. Bathroom for instance is mouldy. AC is very loud. But you get past it for the price you pay. Recommended for short stay, not for long term. There's parking with security, which was a plus.

The room is quite decent & spacious, clean. Booked it because there was swimming pool - when asked staff they said no swimming pool and asked me to go to the beach. Safety could be a real concern - I locked my door and at 8.30ish am , someone tried to break into the room - kept banging the door. Explained to the hotel staff and they said the cleaning lady tried to come in. I m not sure how they didn’t realise I was staying and tried to come in. They disturbed my sleep and I requested for a late check up - rejected and said need to charge 200 baht for an hour.

Had a please stay at ICheck Inn Patong. Staff at the reception was very helpful when I had issues with the safety locker. The hotel is close to the beach and also to the Walking street. Few observations. 1. Pls fix the telephone line (Room 508) 2 .Pls provide other items for making the coffee. Only coffee powder was provided.

Так же рядом супермаркеты и обычные лавки с фруктами. Залог можно оставить, как в местной валюте, так и в долларах, евро и рублях (5000 руб.) Персонал на ресепшне не очень общительный, по-русски не говорит, только на английском. Брали номер + завтрак, завтраки однотипные день от дня, но всегда есть яичница и фрукты, за что большой плюс. Есть приятный бассейн, если в самую жару не хочется идти на пляж. Номер на попался простенький, но уютный. Фен, чайник, сейф есть. Уборка была каждый день, с мытьём полов. Только один раз нам не поставили воду. В целом все ок.

Arrived from airport reached around 10.30am. Counter staff got me to fill up and sign the hotel guest form. I was asked to return hotel at check in time 3pm. I returned around 4pm, I'm quite certain the room is ready. They took literally 20mins to search the form, many staffs helping to find. The senior confirmed is missing as they communicated to each other. No apologies or anything for saying what's causing the long wait. And got me fill up form again without explaining anything. When I asked what happened, they do not bother to apologise long wait or give reason to repeat filling the form. The lady attended to me gave me an annoying expression. The senior tall man, only mentioned nothing happened. Very unprofessional and have no experience in managing the situation. Beyond mgt team is advised to send your team for training to improve their approach and service to customer.

I like the hotel which is not too far from tourist areas, convenient for foods which are walking distance. However, the wifi is not stable, it keep broken off, and need to reconnect. The speed is not up to my expectation.

To be honest I am sad that I can’t put 5*stars for this hotel, but everything being “out of order” I can’t do it. I am not very sure why the owners have decided to open this hotel before everything is finished, because it just gives a costumer a very confusing experience. When we arrived we were told that the sauna is out of order, breakfast room is not finished, there is no poolside bar..basically a lot of things what are not finished, but when we booked it didn’t say in anywhere and was advertised as something that’s already there. When you arrive in a hotel and first thing you get is a row of bad news it makes you very disappointed. They told us that they will upgrade us in a better room, but actually the room they offered us was definitely NOT an upgrade. It had a smaller bed than the room before and there was no sitting area anymore. They were saying this is a more expensive room because it is one floor higher and has a view to the pool(!?) We told them that there is not even a couch anymore how can this be an upgrade? But they didn’t really understand what is our problem so they made us feel very stupid and we asked our previous room back, because that one was way better. They told us that pool view rooms don’t have couches in them, but later we saw that they did. But for sure we can say if you are thinking of booking and don’t care about the view then a superior mountain view room is better than the superior high floor room! In high floor pool view room you just have a hard bench and a queen bed instead of the king. They promised to make it all up to us ,but in the end they just ignored this situation and we were left in this “feeling stupid” situation. The other thing that happened with us a lot and we saw it also happening with others was that the keycard just stops working or doesn’t work from the beginning so you have to go to the reception a lot. Poolside bar and breakfast are they are still building,but what I saw they are probably going to be very nice. Sauna worked only one night and even then we didn’t have any lights inside and had to stay in a dark sauna what is not a problem , but still not a good sign..as the next day sauna was not working and in the end it went only until 40 degrees. Very disappointing. But the bed was truly amazing and absolutely new - definitely recommended! The gym was very good with a very good equipment, so definitely pack your running shoes. Maybe in the future it would be nice if there would be some water available in the gym. The swimming pool was very good, but sadly they didn’t have different towels for the pool (probably also something to add in the future!) Also the mirror in the room is in a very dark spot and you should definitely add some lights there. I think as a new and just opened place you should try to provide a better service, but I see if all the “mistakes” are fixed how it is going to be a very comfy place for a relaxing stay. Our stay was very short as we just needed a place close to the airport but we were not disappointed. The hotel is very close to the airport, and they have a free shuttle that run within specific times. They also have a free shuttle to the beach and shuttles to get you around the property.
