Good location, for this price in area consider the best, pretty clean but not new hotel, so the smell of wood is there… overall it’s a good place to stay

The location is great and the rooms are wide and comfortable One of the worst reception staff i have ever dealt with You may have a room with almost no view as attached or city view They refused to offer me a city view as in my booking till i complained to trip.com and they helped me a lot and offered me a city view on the next day and i found a plenty of city view rooms available they are just keeping it empty or for people paying a lot not through booking apps

It was good hotel but only things they should focus on the customer service like receipts, if you try to reached them at night it's difficult to get them, they ignore customers calls without getting back to the customer while calling. Also while checking out I've requested them to check.the minibars if there's anything missing there were very slow to check it and I was waiting for more then 5 minutes. I think they should train them professionally so that hotel standard increases more.

Convenient and reasonable price compared to brand new facility and location But inconvenient to walk from the metro as in front of hotel, there wasn’t proper road for walking So scary Room was clean and well equipped Super convenient Staff were very friendly

It was not a bad experience except the bedding and location. However, I liked the small things kept in washroom like comb, shower cap, small kits . The food from the hotel restaurant was good as well. The service of front desk and other staff was excellent.

Although the hotel is located near the airport and relatively far from the city center, its community-style design gives guests a warm and cozy feeling. The interior furnishings are new, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options. They also provide a complimentary airport drop-off service.

I did not know that the room did not have a window in the living room 105 . The view from the bedroom was the fire stairs, which was quite shocking. However, the cleanliness of the room was very good, and the receptionist was really nice. On the other hand, the location and other aspects were very good. The service is quite slow when requested late at night, but quick during the day. Overall, it is a good hotel, and I recommend it.

Very beautiful and clean, and the rooms are tidy. There's also parking available. However, I couldn't find the pool, and the location is very crowded.

The good: 1. The room looks clean, and attitude of staff was okay. 2. Location wise is good with quite a few restaurants and supermarkets.  The bad: 1. Booked a room with windows but there is no window or rather it was a ventilation window.  2. Room card doesnt work every day and I had to get the receptionist to renew the room card every day. 3. WiFi is very unstable and slow.  4. Sound proofing is bad, I could literally hear kids shouting in the room at 2-3am.  5. Breakfast is just okay, don’t expect too much.

The hotel is quite nice, very close to the Marriott. It's on the side of the road, so it's a little noisy, probably because the soundproofing isn't great. Otherwise, overall the hotel is okay.
