I had an amazing 7-night stay at Pullman Zamzam Madinah, and everything exceeded my expectations.
The location is perfect—just a short walk to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, making it incredibly convenient for every prayer. My room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view that made every morning and evening even more special.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The housekeeping service was excellent, and the hotel facilities were well maintained throughout my stay.
The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious food, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing.
Thank you, Pullman Zamzam Madinah, for making my stay so memorable. I truly enjoyed every moment of my 7 nights here, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Madinah.

"We booked a stay at this hotel from 25.01. - 29.01.26, but unfortunately, we couldn't check in on time due to flight issues, which meant we lost 2 days 😞. The room with the Haram view was fantastic, even better than expected. I would have loved to enjoy it for longer. The location couldn't be better, highly recommended. The cleanliness and size of the room were excellent (4-bed room 609). The staff were also very friendly and helpful. For my next trip to Medina, inshallah, this hotel is already a definite choice: Elaf Taiba Hotel again! 😀 If I could, I'd give it 10 stars."

"Excellent hotel for a stay near the Prophet's Mosque. Check-in was a bit slow due to paperwork. It's close to the entrance, and there's a bus stop for line 400 to Medina Airport just a 10-minute walk away. The food quality and cleanliness could be improved; the meat was dry and tough, the instant coffee unappetizing, and the croissants sticky. However, there were still some breakfast options to choose from."

"The hotel is new, clean, and very high-class. The staff is very attentive, especially the receptionist, Hazim.
The hotel is very close to the Prophet's Mosque; it feels like two minutes away. About a hundred to two hundred meters from the hotel, you begin to see the minarets of the Prophet's Mosque. It's located in the opposite direction from the Glamamah Mosque.
I booked it twice. On the first day, August 4, 2026, it was 5,600 rubles with breakfast included, using the Trip app. After a few days, the price increased slightly to 8,000 rubles with breakfast, but I booked subsequent days through Ozon for 5,700 rubles without breakfast. The tickets were also the cheapest through the Ozon marketplace.
I checked into this hotel on August 5, 2026."

But it turned out to be not quite accurate :
1. The hotel layout, its setting in particular the lobby area and reception is so small and does not exude any premium vibes.
2. The lifts, are also quite tiny and if a wheelchair user gets in, then it feels crowded already.
3. The room once we entered was not fully ready eg wrong name displayed on tv screen, bathrobe not hung as it should be, no towels etc etc.

From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded expectations in every possible way. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its excellent location, just a short and convenient walk from the blessed Masjid Al Nabawi. This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances.
The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable.
As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram.

GGuest UserThis hotel is very suitable for those who want to stay on the green dome side, only 5 minutes walk. And the hotel is right next to saffiya museum and the new restaurants, so many good ones to choose from. The hotel is directly connected to a mall, and cheap pakistani food is also available, and lots of clothes shops. So everything is nearby.
Only ladies prayer area is further away, but I didn't mind walking.

GGuest UserWe had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced. We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage.
The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery). Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us. The view outside was heavenly mashAla. Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t. It such an experience and you have to do it. Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house. Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud. All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk. Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all. And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.
Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.
They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44. It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at. You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel. If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.
The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family. Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.

We had a wonderful stay at Anwar Al Madinah Mövenpick Hotel. The location is exceptional—just a very short walk to Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, making it incredibly convenient for prayers.
The staff were welcoming, kind, and always willing to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the hotel facilities made our stay even more enjoyable.
We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and the peaceful atmosphere throughout our stay. Thank you for making our visit to Madinah so memorable. We would definitely love to stay here again on our next visit, in shaa Allah.
