Hotels With Wi-Fi in Lubusz, Poland

I stayed for 2 nights on a business trip in July. Staff at the hotel are great and speak quite good English. Rooms are nice and comfortable reasonably modern. Only room issue was no hot water on the second morning so a cold shower! This was reported to reception. Breakfast was a let down , although there was a plant milk on each morning there was only hash browns as a vegan option on the first day and nothing at all on the second day. I asked the staff but nothing suitable in the kitchen , not even any beans for beans on toast. There are other hotels with better options.

The buildings and grounds at the Palac are all in a wonderful state of care. It is very pleasant to stroll the grounds to visit the beautiful gardens, vineyard, pond with beach and watercraft (all inclusive, no extra charge). The indoor pool is located in a large vaulted ceiling building and is very clean, at a good temp, featuring jets and waterfalls. It is clean without a chlorine smell, and there is good ventilation and large windows. The shower and locker rooms are also clean. We found our room to be large, comfortable and modern. There is a large bathroom with excellent water pressure. We kept the window open and it was a quiet night, we slept well. As cyclists, we are always hungry and found both dinner and breakfast to be delicious! In our three week bike tour, this was the Best breakfast buffet that we have been treated to. Dinner was served by English-speaking waiters and consisted of a few courses of excellent quality and proper quantity. Some local foods were included. We were lucky enough to meet the friendly owner who shared some history and answered our questions. We highly recommend staying at this Palac!!

Sehr freundlicher erster Kontakt am Telefon.Rezeption ist Tag und Nacht besetzt. Haben als Paar dieses Hotel in den letzten Jahren mehrere Male besucht und waren aufgrund Zentrumsnähe, Service und Angebote im hoteleigenen Restaurant ”Ramses”, Entfernung zu anderen Restaurants und Cafés immer zufrieden. Da wir uns gut ”aufgehoben” fühlen, wurde dieses Mal ein ”Lux” Doppelzimmer mit Dusche/Badewanne und Balkon zusammen mit Frühstück für 499,- Zloty je Nacht gebucht. Wir bekamen das Zimmer 3B, welches mit Fahrstuhl schnell in der 3. Etage erreicht wurde. Doch leider funktionierte der Fernseher nicht, keine Programme empfangbar. Nach einer Reklamation an der Rezeption bemühte sich der Haustechniker, den TV einzurichten. Doch auch das Justieren der Satellitenschüssel und der Überprüfung der terrestrischen Dachantenne brachte nach 2 1/2 Stunden Arbeit keinen Erfolg. Schließlich stellte sich heraus, dass der Receiver im Gerät defekt war. Eine erneute Reklamation an der Rezeption brachte uns einen Umzug ins Doppelzimmer mit Balkon in derselben Etage ”3B”. Hier waren die Türen zum Balkon verschlossen und die Rezeption hatte keinen Balkontürenschlüssel und die Haustechnik um 17 Uhr Feierabend. Wir zogen ein drittes Mal um, nun ins Zimmer mit Balkon ”2B”. Hier funktionierten zwar die Balkontüren, aber nicht der Fernseher. Dieser benötigte eine vierstellige PIN zum Anschalten. Die Rezeption kannte diese PIN nicht und der Haustechniker ging nicht an sein Telefon nach Feierabend. Wir sollten ” eine Stunde später wiederkommen ”, inzwischen wollte die Rezeption den Hausmeister anrufen. Wir gingen zum Abendessen ins ”Ramses”. Gegen 19 Uhr zurück an der Rezeption war eine andere Dame zur Nachtschicht angekommen, die nichts ”von unseren Umzügen und Problem” wusste. Trotz meiner Deutsch-, Englisch- und Polnischkommunikation wollte die Rezeption ”nicht verstehen”. Nach einiger Diskussion konnte diese uns nicht helfen und beendete die Diskussion, indem wir 50 (fünfzig) Zloty zurück aufs Konto überwiesen bekamen. Unseres Erachtens wird im Hotel auf Verschleiss gearbeitet. Bei solch hohem Übernachtungspreis muss alles stimmen, auch der gebuchte Balkon muss für den Gast zugänglich sein, um dort die schönen Sonnenuntergänge zu genießen.

The accommodation environment in the hotel is average, but the fact that there is an iron is a good comment. However, there is a smell coming back from the toilet. What needs special praise is that the breakfast in the hotel is very good, very good, very good, very satisfactory, and It is also very close to the train station and bus station. If you want to take the online bus, please note that it is about 100 meters away from the train station. Be careful. There is a park nearby with a nice environment, which is suitable for strolling. Then if you walk a little further, there is a church where you can check in. While having breakfast, I heard two Chinese people next to me saying that this was the best hotel in town.

A modernly furnished city hotel with a charming atmosphere. The rooms and the house are all clean and clean. But: show water glasses with broken edges, multiple smelled salt and pepper boxes and servet boxes, and half-cold touch: breakfast staff is not careful and they care. Only superficial sight NOT RIGHT! Only a recommendation :-/

Breakfast was excellent with a very good choice of food. secure open parking. has a small terrace area to enjoy a cold beer and relax. There is a dining room which we did not use but looked OK. No lifts so if there are mobility problems make sure you request the ground floor. We have used before and will use again.
