"The resort is about to be renovated weeks prior to our stay so you could really see some facilities are already damaged but it's understandable. I was a little bit disappointed in our room, there were molds everywhere. The curtain, tables and handle doors. We just don't want to ruin our mood so we just enjoyed the pool, the beach front and the food. The staff were really friendly and nice."

Kasi nga po yung package na kinuha ko is may kasamang free food so, consider din ba na mababawasan yung amount dun sa package na bino-book ko?? 🤔🤔 Kanina kasi kinuha ko yung free meal ko and 8:40am ata yun nung pumunta ako sa front desk para kunin ko yung meal ko then , nag antay ako tapos ayun umabot yung Oras ng 10am yung Pag aantay ko hehe 🤦 then yung naka lagay sa Catalog is before 10mins dapat andyan na yung food if hindi? It's consider a FREE?! "2nd time here. It’s our quick escape when we want to celebrate a milestone sa family namin. Conveniently located sa heart of Angeles City. Literal na staycation kasi we don’t need to go out to eat dinner meron room service. Kaya we ordered our food sa Cactus Smokehouse and Fortune HK Seafood Resto. Plus meron pang promo na buy 1 drink and get one free sa cafe sebastian nila. Gusto ko yung iced matcha latte there. Free buffet breakfast is decent for the price. Meron lang lang food choices dun na hindi pasok sa panlasa ko that time. Lahat ng staff dun are welcoming."

"Stayed at Central Park Reef Resort in Subic and had a bit of a mixed experience overall. Pros: The hotel itself is very clean and modern, which immediately stands out. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, definitely a plus if you’re staying with family. Both pools are great in different ways — the ground floor pool has a really nice shaded setup with a relaxed atmosphere, while the rooftop pool is perfect for sunset views overlooking the beach. The American diner-themed restaurant is also a nice touch aesthetically. Cons: Food was unfortunately a letdown. The pizza tasted like something straight out of the freezer, squid rings were tough and had a fishy taste, and breakfast was pretty average at best — especially considering the price point. What really stood out (in a bad way) were the extra charges. Being asked to pay ₱100 for an extra pillow and ₱50 for ice felt excessive. I even requested a simple room setup for our 7th anniversary, and they quoted ₱5000, which was honestly surprising. It feels like they try to charge for every little thing. Overall: Great facilities and comfortable stay, but the food quality and constant add-on charges take away from the experience. Good place to relax, just don’t expect much from dining or flexibility with requests."

"We stayed overnight for a fun run event and it was conveniently located near Clark Parade Grounds. Apart from its accessibility to other establishments, we loved how accommodating their staffs were as well as the good quality of food that they served during the breakfast buffet."

"I've stayed here twice, and both times, checking in took forever. The staff at the front desk were running around, talking about something I couldn't understand. Also, both times, there were no bath towels in the room, so I had to call and wait a while for them. Other than that, everything else was fine. The room's ambiance, decor, and overall environment are quite good. For the price, I'd say it's an excellent value."

"Our stay at Microtel Pampanga was truly delightful. The hotel amenities were complete, and the beddings were exceptionally comfortable and clean — something we value highly after a long and tiring motorcycle ride from Ilocos down to Pampanga. The hot shower was top-notch, providing the perfect relief we needed after hours on the road. The staff made the experience even better: the security guards, front desk, and housekeeping team were all courteous and welcoming. The pool was an added bonus, but what really stood out to us was the excellent customer service combined with the comfort of the clean beddings. All in all, our stay felt like a 5-star experience. "The hotel's location is excellent. After shopping at SM Mall, you can easily go back to rest and drop off your purchases. Dining is also very convenient, and massages are readily available within the mall, or you can even get in-room service. Overall, it's pretty good, though the room is a bit small. A significant drawback is the extremely poor soundproofing. The issue isn't noise from other guests, but rather the heavy traffic outside at night. So, I highly, highly recommend bringing earplugs; they'll make a huge difference."
