The hotel experience exceeded my expectations! The complimentary airport pick-up service was a huge relief, and our driver, Raphael, was polite and professionally dressed. As a non-smoking hotel, the environment was wonderfully fresh (a 3000 peso deposit is required). The facilities are incredibly comprehensive: there's an ATM next to the elevator, an Italian restaurant called IL Morso and a coffee shop on the ground floor, and even a Japanese bar, Chilo, on the fourth floor. You can even book in-room spa services, so there's no need to leave the hotel! The room had an amazing view directly facing the volcano. The only minor drawback was some traffic noise at night, as my room was street-facing. I'd recommend requesting an inner room if possible. Overall, it's a convenient and comfortable stay in Daraga.
Perfect location, very comfortable
We checked out early and there was no water in the shower, also our room has electric kettle but other room has none. No teaspoon, if we want to make coffee. Otherwise it’s all good.
Very accessible and convenient location. Malls and terminal are just walking distance. There's no Grab services though, just the local transportation service liken to Grab. As expected for Sogo Hotels, hotel staffs are courteous, not all but most of them. Thank you.
We had a good stay and the discounted price was an amazing value for money. The room was very spacious and with few sharp corners it was great to let our 1-year old baby run around the room. Breakfast and general helpfulness of the staff was excellent. The swimming pool area could be improved slightly, the paving around the pool was very slippery when wet.
Thank you for the warm and accommodating hospitality during Dr. Jonathan's stay. He mentioned that the food was excellent and that they thoroughly enjoyed their time there! 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
Definitely this hotel will be our family favorite from now on. For the next staycation and family celebrations!🫶🏻🌸

2 days of uma experience was awesome. Customer service is on point. The staff were professional and courteous. They also offered complimentaries which delighted us. The facilities are also user friendly and the place is good for a toddler to walk around. Very good experience and will likely book in the near future.

If you're looking for a volcano view from your room's balcony and aren't too particular about quality, this place is a good choice, though it's already considered the best hotel in the area.
Check-in is strictly at 2 PM; no early check-in, but you can store your luggage. Our corner room was quieter and had a better view.
The hot water takes a very, very long time to come on. The bedding and mattress weren't very comfortable, and the bed felt quite small.
For the price, the cleanliness is just average, comparable to a budget or mid-range guesthouse in China.
I booked for 3 persons per room, with 2 breakfast so I was expecting to pay only for the additional breakfast of the extra person (no extra bedding requested), but was asked to pay for the full extra person with breakfast and no senior discount. I may have misunderstood, but the booking choices via Trip were also misleading (2person/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3persons/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3 persons/room w 3 breakfast; I chose the 2nd option).
Room service took a very long time, more than the promised 45mins.
One of the assigned rooms had a broken doorknob that wasn't fixed since it was on one of the connecting rooms.

GGuest UserWe went there on a holiday(May 1, 2026 - Labor Day) for 1 night under renovation pala kaya ang hina ng aircon or halos wala doon sa front desk. Twin beds ang room so may kasama kaming toddler kaya we moved the bed to one side of the room para mag fit kaming family at hindi mahulog ang bata while sleeping. Will def stay here lalo na pag biglaan at on a budget ka.

GGuest UserThe service provided by the staff was very good. They were all respectful to the guests.
The food in the included breakfast buffet was great. The food variety was excellent but it didn’t have any fruit juice available. Otherwise the Lotus Blue cafe also had great food at a very reasonable price.
The location was very close to the main downtown area and walking distance to clean malls with plenty of food and restaurant options. The area is also very safe and friendly.
Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the room. The hot water heater inside the room was not working. We immediately reported that to the front desk. They sent a maintenance mechanic to fix it but same issue every time we tried to use the shower. They promised to replace the heater while we were away on our tour, but when we came back the hot water heater was still not working. The water from the shower would first come out very hot and difficult to adjust. Then after that the water came out very cold. I reported the same issue to the front desk but no results. Thank goodness we were only stuck for two days.
GGuest UserThe AC is excellent he bed are firm really good and the heavy blanket is wonderful and warm you can really sleep very well. I like this place as the only hotel that has elevator and the bathroom is really cleaned with hot water. Just a little noisy at night time as the cleaner seems keep cleaning having this cart keep pulling kind of noisy. Other than that it’s nice stay.

GGuest UserThe best Go Hotel in the Philippines. As usual, it is beside a Robinson’s mall. It has direct access to it at the 2/F. The rooms are modern, clean and good! It’s my second time here and will keep coming back. The toilet and bath is separate and there’s a bidet. The bed is a king size, could easily fit three adults (yeah, it’s that big!).
