Overall, the stay was good. The hotel has a great location and the rooms are spacious. The room decor is a bit dated, but the Wi-Fi was excellent. The hotel has an ice rink, which is a good option if you want to learn to ice skate. The breakfast was ordinary and nothing special.

1st time booking at Sunway Pyramid Hotel. Great to stay here. The gym at the Sunway Resort at the Sunset Terrace was good and love it. It is super long weekend in Malaysia and couple with School Holidays for Singapore and Malaysia too. I believe Hotel should have open up additional breakfast kiosk at the ballroom to cater for the overwhelmed occupancy rate. 31st May 2026, we were surprised to waited in the long queue to get into Sunset Terrace for our breakfast. Staffs are really done their best to make sure everything is in order but food replenishment are slow. Should have improved in the area.

1st time to Mossaz, previous one was Paxtonz. Difference is just amenities, very tiny details that'll make your stay a little nicer. I'll say Paxtonz is better. But all in still very very good value compared to hotel for the same price. Paid rm85/day for 7 nights. - had sofa - plug points on each side of bed - bedside table each side - toilet rack for clothes - mini stove - house key insert at the door instead of going inside to turn on lights - wall decor Parking whole day flat rate rm6. First 3hrs rm21, next 3hrs rm2. Tng/card accepted. 4 levels parking, plentiful. EV charge available too.

Checked in on the 9th late afternoon and without a hassle, the room was on the 7th floor , side by side 2 x twin guestrooms which were comfortable and spacious that can fit up to 4 people per room. the stay for 3 days and 2 night were amazing and the bed was very comfortable and soft. The only issue was the air-conditioning was a bit hard to control, even after setting it at the lowest temperature, it took way longer to cool down the entire room and kept jumping up to normal room temperature. However, the location was convenient as I was able to move in and out of the hotel with ease. The parking had ample space at certain times but in the morning it was packed. Per exit with validation from the concierge was only RM3, only had to provide your room number or room key. Even though we didn't have any meals there, the options for breakfast were quite costly starting from RM75 for simple breakfast options. But overall , was happy with the room and space - would definitely stay there again if I have the choice.

The hotel environment is well-maintained, and the common areas are also quite spotless. The breakfast was a major highlight of this stay. The food selection was abundant, with both Chinese and Western options, ensuring that both adults and children could find something they liked. The food was replenished quickly, and the overall dining experience was satisfying. The hotel's location is convenient, and the staff's service attitude was friendly. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth. Overall, it's a hotel with good value for money, highly recommended for families or business travelers.

Conveniently located near the airport, making it a great choice for those who need to travel the next day and want to relax beforehand. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was in good condition. Soundproofing could be better, but fortunately the guests were quiet throughout the night. The hotel's real gem is the swimming pool. It is large enough to accommodate many guests and was exceptionally clean. The only area that could be improved is the communication regarding the free shuttle service, including its schedule and the pick-up location at the airport. There was no information available in the app or on the hotel's website. In the end, we gave up and took a Grab instead. For this reason, I am sharing the shuttle schedules and pick-up location here to help future guests.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process very smooth. The accommodation had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and the location was convenient and peaceful. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the effort put into making guests feel welcome. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers. I would be happy to stay here again in the future!

Mixed Experience: Friendly Staff but Needs Significant Maintenance and Better Housekeeping Arrival & Service While the staff we interacted with during our stay were mostly friendly and polite, our initial impression was quite poor. When we first arrived at the property, there was absolutely no one available to attend to us or welcome us. A prompt greeting goes a long way, so this was a frustrating start to the visit. Room Condition & Upkeep Unfortunately, the room itself left a lot to be desired. The furniture was notably creaky, and the finishes throughout the room felt very worn out and tired. The lack of upkeep made the space feel neglected and certainly did not reflect the standard I would expect from a Mövenpick property. Cleanliness The biggest letdown was the bathroom. The toilet area definitely could have been cleaner, and there was visible grime on the walls, which was quite off-putting. Cleanliness is a bare minimum expectation, and this fell short. Overall Summary While the pleasant demeanor of the staff is a definite positive, the lack of attention upon arrival combined with the poorly maintained and inadequately cleaned room means I left disappointed. The hotel is in desperate need of a refresh and better quality control regarding housekeeping.

The bathroom was spotless, with sleek black-and-white subway tiles and modern fixtures, and the open-concept layout felt surprisingly roomy. The retro phone by the bed was such a fun, nostalgic touch that really captured the hotel’s personality! Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—right next to IOI City Mall, with direct access via escalator, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring Putrajaya. The staff were friendly and laid-back, fitting perfectly with the hotel’s casual, welcoming atmosphere, and the common areas (including the rooftop bar) were great spots to unwind after a busy day. If you’re looking for a stay that’s equal parts stylish, convenient, and full of personality, Moxy Putrajaya is a fantastic choice. It’s ideal for travelers who want a fun, hassle-free stay with a cool, modern twist. 10/10, would definitely stay again!
