This is the first time I stayed in Tenera, and will be my final one too. It was raining heavily on 22/11 and we couldnt see clearly the lines on the road. Our family just back to the hotel by driving our car. There was a car in front of us who stopped for no reason, so we by passed it and suddenly a security stood in front of us. I quickly stopped my car. It was a shocked for us. But the security was so fierce and acted like he wanted to punch us outside the car. Another security came and pointed at us. We were so scared. They were like the ”********” rather than security. It was so scary. We told the counter ”Mira”, she was very nice and kept apologising. It wasnt her fault at all but she kept saying sorry. She is a very good staff. Hence we are not going there anymore. Too scary as they treat hotel guests like that. Scary. We were so scared that we immediately left the next day. We dunno what would happen to our car and us if we didnt leave immediately.

Room is spacious and clean. Provided all the necessary amenities including daily newspapers. Welcome drink is provided. Only the aircond is quite cold and bathroom does not have separate shower area. Other than that, its worth the price. Very friendly staffs. Breakfast is provided and its quite reasonable with the price. Location nearby malls and walking distance to LRT/BRT USJ 7.

We were pleasantly surprised by the grand and beautiful lobby, and our rooms that were actually service apartments. We had a small kitchen & the room was relatively spacious. Everything was new and you can even chromecast onto the TV which we love. They had a gym and a pool on the 39th floor which was amazing. Their gym is well-equipped and had ample equipment that were up-to date. However, we just had 2 issues during our stay. Upon checking in, our room had a trail of ants, to which front desk attended to by sweeping them away. Throughout our stay, the ants kept reappearing but it wasn't too horrible for us. On our last night was when things got worse. We had been out the entire morning, when all of a sudden we came home to a giant yellow SOLID blob in our bathroom sink. It had also emerged from the drain next to the toilet bowl. We were so confused as to where it could have come from. We asked front desk for assistance but it proved difficult to remove. They surmised it could have possibly been something emerging from the piping. They suggested changing our rooms. Considering we had to leave at 7am the next morning and it was already 11pm at that point, we found it to be a hassle. We still hadn't packed our stuff and it was so inconvenient that this had to happen to us. Otherwise, the stay would have been a 10/10 for us because the location was near all the hip areas!

We came with a person with feet Crutches, the room given was very far from the lift. Moreover, the breakfast area is around 800 steps from the main lobby, very far. The receptionist should be more helpful. The food are complete and delicious. Thank you

I book this hotel for a 1-night stay as I am taking the transfer flight on next morning. It takes 15 mins drive from airport terminal. The hotel offer shuttle bus very 2 hours...Well, not really useful if the boarding time doesn't fit to the bus schedule. The room is small and not really clean.

When I first stepped in, there was a dusty and damp smell. The smell got better when we left the toilet doors closed, but were subjected to smelling it in a more concentrated form when in the toilet. Our check out time was at 12PM. Usually on checkout day, there is no refreshing of room. On the morning of check out, we went out and returned at 11.30AM. We found one of our room was refreshed, and our items and grapes in the fridge were thrown away. Liaising between the reception and cleaning crew could be better.

This service apartment is in Empire City. Newly opened. Location is good as near to Petaling Jaya and it is easy to get Grab. The waiting area is B3. The studio unit is complete for a short stay with a basic kitchenette. There is a fridge but it wasn't connected to a power socket so it was not usable. For toiletries, there is only shower gel and shampoo. The shower area is next to the toilet bowl & there is no partition to separate them. The shower pressure is good. The towel is clean. The whole place is clean. The mattress is comfortable although a bit stiff and the pillows are comfy too. One pillow per pax. The whole place is full of high rise under development but it wasn't noisy. The building itself is 39 floors with 6 fast lifts. On Saturday, there was a crowd waiting for the lifts and the same when we checked out on Sunday. All 6 lifts serve all floors so those of us staying on the lower floors had to wait quite long to get a lift down during check out time. We had a few worried minutes when the lift wouldn't move down after it stopped at floor 5. Someone told us over the intercom to push the doors when they are closing so that the doors would be closed properly so two guys did that. The lift began moving down but due to the peak hour, it stopped at every floor & the two guys would have to help push the doors close every time as the doors were closing. This caused all us anxiety. I hope the management will look into the problems. I was told to contact the customer care through WhatsApp if I need help but they aren't helpful. The services management company, Flash unfortunately is offering guests money rewards if they give 5-star reviews meaning there will be fake 5-star reviews.

I just stayed at Moxy Putrajaya, right next to IOI Mall, and honestly, it was awesome. From the moment I arrived, I felt totally recognized – the crew called me by name which made a huge difference and made me feel right at home. The room was spotless, with loads of thoughtful touches in the amenities that made my stay super comfy. But the real highlight? The people! The crew was all about fun and super friendly vibes. I met Dharmen at the bar and chatted with a couple of trainees – their energy and engagement were off the charts. They made sure everyone was having a good time, recommended some cool spots to check out, and really went the extra mile to make my stay special. The whole a**osphere at Moxy is both lively and chill, perfect whether you’re there to relax or looking to mingle and have a good time. Thanks to the Captain, for organizing all this. Can’t wait to go back to Moxy Putrajaya. If you’re looking for a place with fun vibes and thoughful spirited people, this is it. Totally recommend!

Checked in was swift. Staff will set up the sofa bed after checked in with duvet, pillow, extra set of toiletries and bedsheet. Parking redemption is a buy hassle because need to bring the touch and go every time we go in and out of the hotel at the reception for validation. Parking is expensive so rmb your touch and go. Location is near to ioi mall of course if u drive it’s convenient. They also provide shuttle every hour to ioi mall. Cleanliness and service is top notch. There wasn’t a lot of people because we went during the weekdays. I was given a late checked out which was really helpful as I have an infant with me. Room is well maintained. When we went the slide at the pool was doing maintenance and refurbishing. At the pool area there is waterpark, badminton, basketball, ping pong and cannon to play. Will be back soon

A Perfect Stay Before My Flight to Turkey I had the pleasure of staying at Sama Sama Hotel KLIA 1 last Saturday, 23rd November, as I had a flight to Turkey scheduled for 7:55 PM that evening. The experience was nothing short of excellent, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my choice. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and efficient service. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was immaculate and well-appointed, offering a serene environment to relax before my journey. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to rest properly before the long flight ahead. The amenities provided were of high quality, and the attention to detail in the room setup made my stay even more enjoyable. What stood out the most was the buggy service that provided direct access to KLIA. This feature was not only convenient but also saved me a lot of time and hassle. We had a wonderful stay here. The room was beautiful and the location was just great. We walked to many things, but public transportation and tours were also close by. The breakfast each morning was really good as well and we could each eat on our own schedule. We would certainly stay there again next time we are in kuala Lumpur. Excellent place to stay. Rooms were very clean and modern. Everything was perfect.

Its a pleasure staying here located next to DPulze shopping center mall which easy to do what u want food movies or else. Room was ok quite spacious and have kitchen. provided with kitchen appliance. Easy parking per day is rm5. It also comes with roof top swimming pool. Overall satisfied with this stay. My only complaint is the room is not perfectly clean, i can barely see dust at specific area and another thing is im not requested house keeping when im going out, but after coming back my room was completely has been tidy up luckily there's no valuables things was missing at that time. Till Next time will come again because of hospitality of this hotel was so good.

The Aerotel is located within terminal 2 at KL airport. The rooms are modern and spacious with a great shower to freshen yourself up after a long flight. It’s great for a one night stay before your next flight. The rooms themselves do not have windows which is a negative, but I didn’t mind as I was only staying for the night. Other hotels around the airport are either too far away or aren’t as modern as the Aerotel, that’s why I chose this one as it’s super convenient also.

Great little place to stop over in Kuala lumpur. Clean, friendly, TV with all apps, safe and really comfy bed! Definitely would stay again! Nice little cafe next door with breakfast lunch and dinner menu.

There is no carpet in the corridor, because it is an INN, people check in 24 hours, the sound of footsteps, family voices (and echoes)... will make you Woke up several times throughout the night 2. The door is also a problem, because it is an old door, so it will bump when you close it!!! Earplugs?! Guaranteed to be useless!!! Chinese translation is better**Because the Malaysian government has started to impose a tourist tax, which is not included in the price of the room reservation, there will be a lot of noise when you check out, and you have to talk to each other, which may become unnecessary trouble early, if you can please The hotel considerately invites Chinese translation service staff, thank you very much

I’d been using this hotel in the past during business travel stays.  I’m back to this hotel again recently after 8 years and Covid-19 in 2020. Comfortable hotel stay and the Breakfast cafe was beautifully renovated. Still can recognize quite a number of old staff faces. Food quality is good. Short walking distance to mall. Super convenient. Will definitely choose back this hotel again …

I feel like Royale Chulan is loosing its touch. The hotel us big and at a great location. However l, i feel like the maintenance is poor. The room looks majestic as always but the furnitures can use some polish and sorts. Its really worn out. And the hallway is poorly ventilated and smells wet. The tv in the room is also really small and maybe can use some update. Nevertheless my stay was good and the hotel just needs abit of update.

Great and nice hotel for a staycation. Comfortable and clean room. Close to public transport. The restaurant in this hotel also serves really good food.

Location & Amenities: We loved the hotel's location. It's conveniently connected to the mall, making everything easily accessible by foot. The restaurant was also fantastic, offering a wide variety of cuisines, from Western dishes to local specialties. Parking: The only downside was the parking service. While the cost is reasonable at less than RM10 for 24 hours, it's still inconvenient and can affect the overall vacation experience. We believe the hotel management and The Curve should consider offering complimentary parking or more flexible options for their hotel guests to enhance their stay.

Good sized gym at the top floor with a good view. However, there were signs of aging in the amenities. The towels were not soft and fluffy as they should be fitting of a five star establishment. The sofas in the lobbies are sagging and showing signs of weariness. But it was still an excellent 3-day stay overall.
