Very excellent feeling stay with this hotel Only little humble feedback: 1. If hv exhaust in restroom will perfectly 2. The breakfast at restaurant, mee goreng too hard & oily / the coffee machine need Q quite long time when crowded / fried egg abit hard ( overall f&b at restaurant 5/10 )

The room was quite spacious and the environment was pleasant; it wasn't noisy at night either. Although the hotel front desk didn't offer full Chinese service, the staff knew a few Chinese phrases, so communication wasn't an issue. There's a convenience store and restaurants nearby, plus a BaWangChaJi. Across the street diagonally, there's also a large shopping mall with Chinese drink brands and Haidilao. Overall, I think the location is pretty good.

Very nice and clean environment! My vacation was to celebrate my anniversary, and I mentioned it in my booking remarks. I honestly didn’t expect any special arrangement or surprise from the hotel, but they went above and beyond! Every staff member knew it was our anniversary and wished us warmly — from the Sky Bar to the dining area and even room service. We felt truly welcomed and appreciated. Excellent service and hospitality

The location is super convenient, right in the city center, and it's a sea-view room. I requested a higher floor, but still got the ninth floor. I also asked not to be near the elevator, and guess what? I got a room right next to it. I suspect my request wasn't understood. From the room, you can see the rooftops of the lower floors. Overall, it offers good value for money. The breakfast is abundant, and the front desk service is excellent; my requests were generally met when I called. The only minor issue was the TV being broken, but they sent someone to fix it.

Great value for money option. The hotel was very kind in acceding to my request for a good room allocation. The housekeepers and nice and take pride in their jobs. Everything about this hotel deserves a solid 4 stars at the time of writing. It’s actually a great hard product due to their recent refurbishment. I would say 70% of the room seems to have undergone refurbishment except for the bathrooms. But the whole room was spotlessly clean anyway. Air conditioning was very fresh and cold. No odors whatsoever. Service was lacking. The receptionist was visibly overwhelmed with work. Just Don’t open the room directory and expect them to provide the services in there in the biggest nonsense page I’ve ever seen in a hotel. You’ll be fine. I would say that i quite enjoyed my stay here despite coming in with little expectations.

Had a pleasant stay for a short business trip. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Amenities were complete, especially the gym which was convenient and clean. Location is also strategic with easy access to nearby restaurants and conveniences. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Would definitely consider staying here again for future work trips.

The room was booked under my brothers name for his honeymoon since hes a newlyweds with a request for honeymoon decoration. However, upon arrival, the room had no decoration prepared. If the hotel was unable to fulfil the request, the minimum expectation was to inform me in advance through email or any form of notice. No communication was given, which reflects a lack of attention to guest requests and caused unnecessary disappointment.

My first stay in Le Meridien and I was blown away by the physical features and the service. We stay there 3 nights in total over two legs Special mention to Reazy (hope I got her name right) who served me when we checked in and out on our first leg. She was professional and warm! She had some good recommendations on food and was lovely to interact with. Compliments to Malcolm who welcomed us back when we return for our third night stay. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a Sea view king room. We were so thankful as we could see then beautiful sea and sunset. The rooms were very spacious and posh looking. The breakfast was great and offered variety. The location is the best!! We would want to be back one day!

An entire entertainment complex that, with our corner room view, boasted an excellent sunset viewing location. The hallways are modern while the interior was more dated. The check-in counter staff should have also prioritised check-in guests over other guests that barged in line and jumped the queue to ask for other things, otherwise having only stayed one night, we did not have any other experiences of their service.
