I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. I was also impressed by the well-equipped facilities, which made my stay even more convenient. The highlight for me was the stunning sea view from the room—absolutely breathtaking! The hotel’s private beach was clean, quiet, and felt very safe, perfect for relaxing or taking a peaceful walk. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and beautiful scenery.

I had a really disappointing experience at your hotel, and I feel compelled to share my grievances regarding the front desk service. Firstly, I needed a razor, which should have been a simple request. However, when I called the front desk, they just hung up on me. I had to make three calls and was eventually transferred to housekeeping before the razor was delivered. It was incredibly frustrating. Later, I asked the front desk to collect the room service tray from our balcony because we have a lot of small animals, and I was concerned about them getting into the food. The front desk promised to take care of it but never showed up. The next morning, I called four times, and each time the front desk staff assured me that someone would come, but no one ever did. As a result, the birds got into the food and made a mess all over the balcony. To make matters worse, the water in the shower was dirty and yellow. When the room was cleaned, they forgot to replace one of the bath towels and didn't put out any slippers. To top it all off, the bed sheets were changed twice, but both times they were dirty. It was really disappointing and unacceptable. I expected a much higher level of service from your hotel.

The environment has improved a little. The biggest problem with the seats is the poor sound insulation, so you can basically hear what you say next door.

The hotel organized several fun activities just for children and my kids had a blast participating in them — they were entertained and happy throughout the stay! The buffet breakfast was another highlight — so many tasty options and everything was fresh and delicious. It was a great way to start each day. A special mention to Mrs. Mary, the tour manager who was incredibly supportive. She helped coordinate all our activities in Langkawi smoothly and made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort to anyone planning a trip to Langkawi — it’s perfect for families, couples or even solo travelers looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

Adya Hotel Kuah Langkawi is conveniently located in the heart of Kuah Town, within walking distance of various eateries, duty-free shops selling chocolates and kitchenware, and Langkawi Parade shopping mall for more retail options. The hotel has an Islamic-inspired design, which gives it a unique character. However, the lobby felt warm as the air conditioning didn’t seem to be functioning well. Upon check-in, I noticed the welcome drinks were available, but clean glasses often ran out. The front desk staff were okay—not particularly warm, but efficient. A RM100 deposit was required during check-in, and since I didn’t have MYR, I used SGD50, which was accepted and later refunded in the same currency. The biggest drawback was the air conditioning on Level 4, where my room was located—it wasn’t working, making the hallway stuffy, especially with the lingering smell of fresh paint. The room itself was spacious and generally fine, though one of the lights couldn’t be turned off, which was a minor issue. The provided toiletries were basic, so bringing your own would be a good idea. Additionally, the door latch was faulty, preventing us from double-locking the door. On the plus side, the hotel has a large parking area, which is convenient for those driving. Overall, it’s a decent choice for a short stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement in maintenance and guest experience.

Very quiet and nice place. The location is far from the city but if it's ok, the place is perfect

The staff of the resort is really helpful and attentive. You can ask them for help with anything. The rooms are clean, the swimming pool nice and sits around it are comfy. Behind the resort there is also an entrance to the path leading to a secluded beach where you can be alone enjoying the sun. However if you get the room next to the kitchen the sound of the ventilator there will not let you sleep or rest. It is awfully loud and even the earplugs are of no help.

Comfy bed and pillow 4. tv channel quite limited 5. Breakfast spread just ok with fair taste 6. Deposit of rm100 required during check in 7. Just weird hotel policy: NO OUTSODE FOOD/DRINK ALLOWED & NO GRABFOOD/PANDA ALLOOWED
