The location is great, very close to Osaka Station, making transportation convenient. The facilities are up to star-level standards and it's quiet. The thoughtful details enhance the experience. There are also convenient dining options nearby, such as Chinese restaurants and Yoshinoya. It's perfect for business travelers.

The hotel is located amidst an endless choice of restaurants and cuisines, and is conveniently located to travel by subway to other parts of the city. I was able to get a taxi from here to Universal Studios Japan and it only took about 20 minutes. The room is clean and comfortable. The night life in the area is busy and food is available very late. There is a convenience store next to the hotel that is very convenient and has delicious snacks.

Facilities: The twin room was quite standard. While not overly spacious, it had all the essential amenities: a fridge, safe, wardrobe, etc.
Cleanliness: I found it to be very clean. I checked the bedding carefully, and it all seemed freshly changed with no stains. Staff cleaned the room daily without needing any special instructions or reminders, typically between 10 AM and 2 PM. I was very pleased with this! ✧٩(ˊωˋ*)و✧
Environment: Satisfied! I was assigned a high-floor room, which wasn't very noisy, and it was quiet during the day. Since it's close to Shinsaibashi, there are quite a few nightclubs nearby, so there was some ambient noise at night, but it was negligible, and I slept well. (On some nights during my stay, I could hear ambulances, which might be related to the surrounding businesses.) For shopping, this location is incredibly convenient; Shinsaibashi and Namba are just a short walk away. The night views nearby are also quite unique, and I occasionally saw other foreigners jogging in the mornings.
Service: Both check-in and check-out were handled meticulously and politely. You could tell there's a standardized process in place. Very satisfactory.
Overall, 5-star rating! I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Osaka.

Location is convenient but requires 5 to 10 mins walk to nearest train station. It's in a business neighbourhood so not many late night food options available around but its a nice quiet place to go back to after a day out at bustling umeda or namba. Hotel room was really spacious, nicely done up and comfortable; I wish I had one more night here. Service staff at the lobby were all friendly and they very graciously gave me an early check-in when there was a room available. Highly recommended!

This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Osaka for business. It's incredibly convenient, located right outside Exit 2 of Minamimorimachi Station. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, and there are plenty of dining options on the surrounding streets. Hankyu Department Store and Yodobashi are just about a 15-minute walk away. I'm a big fan of this room layout, especially since the toilet, shower, and vanity area are completely separate. This makes it ideal for families.

We had a fantastic stay at Sotetsu Grand Fresa Osaka-Namba! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient for sightseeing and transport. A great choice for anyone visiting Osaka!

The hotel's location is fantastic – just a five-minute walk from Osaka Castle Park. The room view was great too, looking directly onto Osaka Castle, and the room itself was very spacious. The surrounding area was quiet at night, and the hotel staff provided excellent service. On a side note, the Jojoen yakiniku restaurant in the hotel was delicious. My only issue is that when I booked, the total order amount stated it included tax, with no mention of needing to pay extra at the hotel. However, upon check-out, I was charged an additional 800 yen for tax. I hope Trip.com staff can provide an explanation for this.

The view from the room was excellent. Unfortunately, our room didn't face Osaka Castle Park, so we missed out on seeing the Tenshukaku (castle tower). The furnishings and facilities felt quite new, and we found no issues with cleanliness. As for the front desk service, it was a bit hard to judge; they weren't overly enthusiastic, but certainly efficient enough. We managed to check in with a combination of my rather broken English and a translation app. They also kindly provided children's amenities and complimentary scones. Overall, it was a good stay, and I'd be happy to book here again on my next trip.
Surprising amount of amenities for a stay at this price. As long as you can deal with the occasional snoring (maybe bring earplugs if you need them), it’s kind of a steal. Apparently for only a little more there’s individual capsules, will have to try that someday.
If you’re used to visiting onsens/sentou’s just think of it as that and an extra capsule to sleep in. They even offer to hold extra luggage at the front desk, and you can keep it there after checkout, wasn’t sure they’d offer at this price! A great deal all in all, good local vibes. Good central location too.

Firstly, the location was really good! Just 1-2 min walk from the nearest Nagahoribashi station which is linked to Shinsaibashi station with the shopping streets and further down Dotonbori etc. Around us, there were many food options and convenience stores! The room was clean and not too small, with great amenities. Staffs were friendly and helpful! Highly recommended!

GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Park Front Hotel with my 12-year-old son for three days and two nights while visiting Universal Studios Japan. The location is fantastic—right across from the park, making it incredibly convenient. The surrounding area features a mall with a variety of dining options and vibrant nightlife, so you won't get lost.
While the hotel has an older, classic design, it’s clean and offers spacious rooms for a reasonable price. I highly recommend it for families planning to visit USJ, as it saves you the hassle of long commutes after a tiring day at the theme park.
The staff is friendly, though I didn’t have much interaction with them. The breakfast buffet is tasty with a good selection, but there are plenty of dining options nearby, including Tully's Cafe and McDonald's, so consider saving money by eating out instead. Overall, a solid choice for families, especially given the fair pricing for a comfortable stay!
CCassandra’sGreat vibes. Room is small but complete :) shower 🚿 water pressure is excellent. Most jap hotels only clean 3 days once. And this too but they give fresh new towels every day hang on the door.
I would say quite convenient to the nearest station - sakaisuji Hommachi. But need to change to another line for main places like Osaka / dotonbori.
Overall would come back!

MMengmengmamaChoosing InterContinental Osaka was hands down the smartest decision I made!
The location is absolutely phenomenal! A shopper's paradise! Major malls and flagship stores are right downstairs, making it incredibly convenient to get all your favorite items in one go!
The rooms are incredibly spacious! In Japan, where space is a premium, the InterContinental's rooms feel like a true luxury. We booked a king room and even added an extra bed, and it still didn't feel cramped at all! The bathroom was also large and bright, and being able to lie down and gaze at Osaka's vibrant cityscape made it absolutely worth it!
The service was exceptionally thoughtful! From check-in to check-out, every single staff member was polite, attentive, and incredibly detail-oriented. The front desk, housekeeping, concierge... even the parking and luggage storage services were absolutely faultless!
When checking out, they even proactively offered to weigh my luggage. The most delightful surprise was when a staff member wished me ”Gong Xi Fa Cai” in Chinese – it felt so incredibly welcoming!
It truly proved to be a brilliant choice to stay at InterContinental Osaka! Next time I'm in Osaka, I'm definitely booking this place again!
CCHUN YIPThe hotel is very conveniently located, just a 3-minute walk from Exit 7 of Nippombashi Subway Station.
The hotel offers basic amenities, but the rooms are clean.
The hotel also provides complimentary bread, juice, and coffee every morning!
This hotel is very cost-effective and highly recommended!
GGuest UserThis hotel is a great choice for short stays, especially if you’re looking for convenience and privacy. The location is excellent—just under a 5-minute walk from Tengachaya Station, making it easy to access public transportation. There is also direct train from Kansai Airport to Tengachaya station, without transfer - bonus point if you arrived from KIX. There’s also a 7-Eleven nearby that offers Yamato luggage delivery service, which is very handy if you're traveling with heavy bags.
The hotel operates as a fully self-service property, with no staff at the front desk. Check-in is straightforward—they’ll email you a passcode to access your mailbox, where you’ll find your room key.
Rooms are compact, as is typical in Osaka, but very clean and feel quite new. The bed has storage space underneath, which is perfect for stowing large suitcases. Amenities are basic (toothbrush, comb, shaver), and you can pick them up at the front desk area, which also has a microwave available if you want to heat up food.
One thing to note: there’s no coin laundry on-site, so if you’re staying for an extended period, plan accordingly. The room brochure mentions a luggage delivery service, but I didn’t receive a reply when I tried to contact them using provided number.
Overall, it’s a solid option for short stays—comfortable, private, and very conveniently located near transit and services.

TTraveler JI stayed at Via Inn Prime Shinsaibashi Yotsubashi for 3 nights and had a comfortable experience overall. The location is excellent — just a short walk from Yotsubashi Station (Yotsubashi line and Midosuji line) and close to Shinsaibashi shopping street, which made it convenient for getting around Osaka.
The room was clean, modern, and efficiently designed, though a bit compact (as expected in Japan). The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were thoughtful — including pajamas, toiletries (to collect from front desk area). There’s also an electric kettle and humidifier in the room.
There’s also a coin laundry, luggage storage and a buffet breakfast. (¥1760, 6:30-10:00). There’s also a supermarket and McDonald’s right downstairs. Take a coupon from the front desk for additional 5% for your supermarket purchases !
If you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and reasonably priced stay in central Osaka, this is a great choice. It’s especially suited for solo travelers or couples who value location and comfort over large space.
Staff interaction is minimal because you will be directed to the self check in counter.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is super easy to find, right by Exit 1 of Dobutsuen-mae Station, and it's literally next door to the Shinsekai area with Tsutenkaku Tower. It's incredibly convenient for both transport and sightseeing.
They have their own hot spring, which is amazing for relaxing after a day of exploring. The room size is pretty decent too, definitely more spacious than your typical Japanese express hotel. Plus, the breakfast spread offers a good variety. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Osaka!
DdaitauchoiI was lucky to book this hotel some 6 months ago and the price was super great value! Everything was good and nice. The surroundings have many places to be explored like the Rinku Town Outlet, 24H Trial Superstore, etc. There was one 24H restaurant named Joyfull which you can dine there whenever you are hungry! The hotel provided 2 pillows In different heights so you can pick what suits your neck and shoulder.
GGuest User1. Located in the heart of Osaka. 5minutes walk to Shinsabashi, train station & 9Dotonburi. Daimaru and Parco also nearby.
2. Hotel is ready for Halloween the whole day. Dimly lighted entrance to reception. Lift lobby was so dark & gloomy that at 1st thought it was a love hotel. Dont expect to find your things if you drop them in the corridor. Is it a strategy to conserve energy?
3. Hotel room was terrible. The worst I ever stayed.
Lightings were poor. No proper lights. Only spotlights.
Be prepared to squeeze your eyes and stand while you do your skincare. Staff could only offer another lamp when I wanted to change to a brighter room. Trust me, the room had poor lightings and definitely bad for our eyes and my 2 elders.
4. Bathroom & toilet. Probably designed for sole traveller. There were no hook or hanger inside for you to hang your clothes or towel. Get ready for them to get wet while you shower & you can simply put them into the laundry after that. Use your creativity to put your bath items in the bathroom without getting wet.
5. Trash bin was so small. Can't find your empty instant noodle. Quite pathetic.
6. Breakfast menu was super boring. Not worth the money spent. Had 6 days of same breakfast. Don't mention the coffee. It was horrible. Nil variations in the breakfast menu. Everyday eat same food. Is the team bored of preparing same food everyday? Or is there a promotion for bulk purchase?
