"The hotel's beachfront location is absolutely fantastic. The view from the 12th-floor reception is stunning, and there's a quiet bar where drinks are reasonably priced at around 50 yuan per glass. Sitting there with the sea breeze is incredibly relaxing. The room decor is very new, and it even has a capsule coffee machine. "The hotel is a bit of a walk from the station, about ten minutes, which feels a bit far when you're dragging luggage. Once I got used to it, it wasn't too bad. My room had a shower, so if you want to soak, you have to go to the public bath on the first floor. It's not very big, but the environment is decent. It can get a bit crowded in the evenings, so it's better to go after 10 PM. The room itself was clean and tidy, which I was happy with."

i do speak japanese so my experience might've been a little different but regardless, the staff always responded kindly and politely (even at night) no matter what i asked. also i liked that there's free cleaning every 4 days.
the hotel is less than 10 minutes of walking to both kannai and bashamichi stations, and you can go to tokyo without transfers on minatomirai line from bashamichi station in just an hour if you wish you explore tokyo. if i have an opportunity, i'll definitely stay at this hotel again.
the only slight issue there could be is the queue to washing machine as there's only two of them but for me personally it wasn't a dealbreaker so i had no problem waiting."

"You can only check in at the hotel in the afternoon, even if there are empty rooms, they won't let you check in early.
The environment is very good, it's basically convenient to walk to Zhonghua Street, and it's also convenient to take a taxi to other places. Taxis are often parked right outside the hotel, so you can catch one anytime.
The hotel has a gym but no pool. If you haven't booked breakfast at the hotel, you can easily grab breakfast at the Lawson convenience store across the street."

"I've stayed at different hotels in Yokohama a few times, and this time the Gizan Hotel was a pleasant surprise. The price was really affordable, and it's super close to both Chojamachi subway station and JR Kannai station. There's a Lawson convenience store right downstairs, and it's only a two or three-minute walk to the shopping street, making transportation and shopping incredibly convenient. Excellent value for money."

The rooms are spacious, and the ocean-view rooms offer a fantastic panorama, especially at night when the view outside the window is simply stunning – like something out of a movie, a true visual feast! The lobby is on the fourth floor, easily accessible from the third-floor station concourse – no need to go down to the street to find it. The breakfast buffet restaurant is also great, with a wide variety of food, including local seafood specialties. It's located on the top floor, with an outdoor terrace offering lovely views of Odawara's historic castle and the cityscape. A relatively old hot spring hotel, run by an elderly Japanese couple, and an auntie-like waiter. The overall experience is average, mainly because it is too old, the facilities are very old, and the hot spring is very small; it is far from Yumoto Station, the shuttle bus does not operate after 5 pm, the hotel does not have a pick-up service, the suitcase is large, and it is difficult to bring children Not recommended by tourists.

We used this hotel for a birthday trip. We had requested a message plate when making the reservation, but it wasn't reflected in our request. However, when we inquired with the staff during dinner, they kindly accommodated our request, allowing us to create the surprise. I had always wanted to stay at Fufu, and this was my first time, and it was a wonderful experience. We've already talked about wanting to stay at other Fufu locations for each other's birthday trips in the future. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

The room facilities were decent, and the hygiene was excellent 👍. The public bath was also very good 👍. However, the room floor and view I was assigned this time were just average. The dining quality also wasn't as good as before, and the service quality has declined a bit.

The room was quite spacious, and being right by the sea, I could enjoy ocean views from the window. The location is super convenient – it's only about 300-400 meters from the Big Ferris Wheel, 700-800 meters from the Red Brick Warehouse, 200 meters from the Convention Center, and 300-400 meters from the Portside Shopping Area. Chinatown is roughly 1.3 km away, and Noge Yokocho is about 1.2 km. Absolutely fantastic location!

Large resort in the scenic Hakone area with a pleasing garden view of Mt. Fuji. The Hotel Green Plaza Hakone can be reached from Odawara Station via a 50 minute bus ride up a winding mountain road. It has easy access to the Ropeway's Ubako stop, from which you can get to Lake Ashi and other tourist places. The hotel is not new, but its rooms are decent and quite large by local standards. It offers wedding services and has good amenities including a spa and public bath. While it's somewhat isolated from other shops and restaurants, guests can enjoy a sumptuous buffet style breakfast and dinner with an extensive choice of Japanese foods.
The service when my wife and I were there was beyond reproach and we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, the Ropeway was a disappointment, since views were completely hidden by a thick fog. We did get some memorable views of Mt. Fuji rising out of the mist.

Thanks to other guests for mentioning the transportation in their reviews. Getting to the hotel from Odawara was a bit of a hassle, but once I arrived, I felt it was absolutely the right choice. The hotel's location is excellent, with mountain views from the room, and it's clean and tidy. The free, unlimited ice cream at the hotel is delicious and definitely deserves a special shout-out. Breakfast was plentiful, and the dinner buffet was fantastic, with all-you-can-eat sashimi and unagi don, plus surprisingly tasty lobster, and a wide selection of drinks. That evening, I enjoyed the outdoor hot spring all to myself, facing a waterfall and forest – it was incredibly relaxing. The hotel's shuttle bus is very convenient! The staff were very attentive and detailed in their service, with great attitudes and thorough explanations! Apart from the tricky transportation, everything else was wonderful.

MeiguidehuizaifengzhongWhen traveling, it's always best to stay at a hotel! This one is conveniently located right next to JR Kawasaki Station, making getting around super easy. If you're flying in or out of Haneda Airport and using Keikyu Kawasaki Station, it's less than a ten-minute walk to the hotel. The area around the hotel is bustling with shops, including all the popular brands you'd expect, plus several electronics stores and underground food supermarkets. The hotel staff are incredibly warm and attentive, making for a very comfortable stay. The rooms themselves are quite spacious, clean, and tidy, offering complimentary bottled water and capsule coffee. On the desk, there's a welcome paper crane and an extra origami piece you can take home as a souvenir. The lobby on the first floor provides self-service amenities ranging from cleansing oil to toner, lotion, and even a face mask. Definitely plan your trip early to get a better deal on the hotel price!

Ryori-yaku (restaurant name), the hot springs in Hakone are unparalleled, but the food here really deserves mention. I've been to Ryori-yaku in Izu before, and compared to that, this one probably suits my taste better. It's not as sweet, so the food is refreshing and not cloying. The only downside is that the rooms are really small—every inch of space is precious!

We stayed one night with our family. We booked two Japanese-style rooms. The rooms were very nicely decorated. We visited the onsen. There are three different onsen: one inside the building, one across the street, and a separate private onsen. The water was a comfortable temperature, there weren't many people there, and there were pools both inside and outside. We ordered dinner and a kaiseki breakfast: delicious and varied. You can order drinks as well. In the morning after breakfast, a staff member gave us a free ride to Gora Station, which saved us a lot of time and effort. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

BunjinIt was a comfortable bed that came with a TV and headphones, everyday fresh loungewear and towels would be provided and there was a large communal area with sinks and vanities. However, you will be asked to leave the hostel or wait in the reception lounge between 11am and 4pm. The receptionist I spoke to had a high level of english.
