"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely come back. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the center of town. Having direct access to a mall with shops like Ainz & Tulpe and a bakery right there made everything so convenient. The breakfast was also very good and added to a great stay. I do have one minor suggestion for improvement regarding the luggage drop process before check in. While the staff member who assisted me was not rude, the level of politeness and friendliness was not quite on par with the exceptionally high standards of service I usually experience in Japan. On a positive note, the staff member who helped me with my luggage delivery on the last day was super friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated."

"I arrived in Sapporo late at night and took a taxi from Sapporo JR Station to the hotel, which cost about 1800 yen. The next morning, as I pulled open the curtains, I was absolutely stunned: before me was a beautiful world of pristine white snow, with Nakajima Park spread out in full view. I was so grateful for the clear blue sky, allowing the distant mountains to be clearly visible. It truly lived up to its name as a 'room with a view.' Although the facilities are a bit dated, the room layout is very practical, and the bathroom is spacious enough. The bedding and linens are all of high quality. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and excellent. Eating breakfast in the ground floor restaurant, with its large floor-to-ceiling windows, and watching the snow silently fall from the trees was an indescribable pleasure. Even better was the hotel's location for transportation. Nakajima Koen Station's Exit 3 and Exit 1 are only a two-minute walk from the hotel, making getting around incredibly convenient! The front desk service was also impeccable. We stayed for a total of three nights, but had to switch rooms for the third night. When we returned in the evening, the staff had already moved all our luggage to the new room. It was a very thoughtful gesture."

"We had a wonderful stay at Portom International Hokkaido and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The hotel feels very new and modern, and everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The onsen was one of our favourite parts of the stay. It was beautifully designed, peaceful, and a great way to relax after a long day. We also appreciated having access to a well-equipped gym, which was spotless and had everything needed for a good workout. The room amenities were surprisingly comprehensive. It wasn’t just the usual toiletries—they even provided thoughtful extras like air freshener, onsen pj, actual pj, bedroom slippers which made the stay feel extra comfortable and convenient. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and quality of the facilities really stood out. Portom International Hokkaido made our trip even more enjoyable, and we’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and premium stay near the airport."

"This was my second stay at Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo, and it once again delivered an excellent experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a full day of sightseeing. One aspect I particularly appreciated was the security. Access to the guest floors requires a room key, providing an added sense of safety and privacy. The service was also consistently professional, friendly, and efficient throughout our stay. Staff were helpful whenever assistance was needed, and the overall experience felt smooth from check-in to check-out. The location is another advantage, being within walking distance of Sapporo Station while still offering a quieter environment away from the busiest areas. The breakfast buffet remained one of the highlights, with a wide variety of choices and consistently good quality. Having now stayed here twice, I would not hesitate to return again on a future visit to Sapporo."

"The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right across the road from the Hakodate JR Station exit, on the right-hand side. Since it's a Conan-themed hotel, there's a bus hub right outside, making it super convenient to get to Mount Hakodate and Goryokaku. There's also a drugstore to the right as you enter the hotel. Check-in was quick and easy. The room isn't huge, but there's enough space for two 26-inch suitcases. It's cozy, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom is clean and odor-free. Breakfast is varied and plentiful, and you can even make your own seafood bowl. Hakodate Morning Market is just a short walk from the hotel, and if you stroll along the coast for about fifteen minutes, you'll reach the Red Brick Warehouses. You can even catch the sunset there in the evening!"

The breakfast was delicious every morning, the room service was excellent — truly among the best I’ve experienced — and the laundry service was very convenient. The hotel’s location also made it easy to walk to nearby sightseeing spots, which added even more enjoyment to my trip. My sincere thanks to 大高, who showed exceptional patience and kindness while helping me book the bus to 登別溫泉. She even went the extra mile to contact another hotel and arrange a pickup for me on May 3rd. Her thoughtful support made my journey much smoother. I am also very thankful to 陳家仁, who provided clear and helpful advice on how to take the bus. His guidance and willingness to assist gave me great confidence during my travels. Additionally, I want to give special appreciation to 神永, whose professionalism and dedication were outstanding. He clearly enjoys his role, and his support with the shuttle bus departure was both efficient and reassuring. My heartfelt thanks also go to Assistant Manager Hayashi Shuko, who demonstrated excellent leadership and warm hospitality throughout my stay. Her attentiveness and professionalism added greatly to the overall experience. I would also like to acknowledge Bell Antony and the entire bell team for their well organized arrangements for guests taking the free shuttle bus. Their coordination was smooth, thoughtful, and very helpful. To all of them — and to the entire hotel team — thank you for your warm hospitality and excellent service. "At first glance, the hotel surprised me with its traditional environment. Everything is covered with tatami, even the aisles and the entrance. The in-room wooden bathtub, as well as the public and private onsens, were awesome—I really enjoyed soaking in them. The only disadvantage was the food; while the plating and portions were excellent, the taste could've been better. Also their snack bar was quite frugal."

"This hotel isn't in a bustling commercial area, but rather tucked away in a corner of a park. It's easily accessible – just a short walk from Exit 3 of the subway. There's a kids' playground, making it perfect for families with children looking to relax. Nearby, you'll also find supermarkets, convenience stores, and some excellent restaurants. The room we chose was compact but well-equipped. The window facing the park offered a lovely view, which I imagine would be even more beautiful when the flowers are in bloom. There's complimentary afternoon hospitality on the first floor, and we also received a beer voucher upon check-in, which was a thoughtful touch. I'd like to extend a special thanks to the Chinese-speaking staff at the hotel. They were incredibly helpful with our luggage and very friendly towards our child. Thank you!"

"I was assigned an older, unrenovated room. Although it was a bit dated, it was still very clean and comfortable. The bathroom wasn't a typical modular unit and was quite spacious. The hotel is very generous; all guests get complimentary access to the lounge, which offers drinks, alcoholic beverages, snacks, raw chocolate, and some dumplings. Because it's free, it tends to get quite busy. The biggest downside is the hotel's location. It's near the Tozai Line, but you need to transfer to get to the JR station, making it somewhat inconvenient for getting around. There aren't many shops nearby. There's a Yoshinoya across from Odori, but they don't serve breakfast, and the FamilyMart across the street has very limited options."
